"Sunseeker" is a luxurious home with a perfectly designed floor plan and coastal accents, specifically curated with living space that offers plenty of room to spread out in comfort. Located within the beautiful Villas of Frangista gated community, "Sunseeker" is a short walking distance away from the Gulf's emerald waters with a beautiful white sandy beach as well as a quick golf cart ride to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and ever-so-popular beachside bars such as Pompano Joe's, Whale's Tail, and Surf Hut! If shopping is on your itinerary, our home is within 2 miles of the famous Silver Sands Outlet mall, high-end retail at Shops at Grand Boulevard (Lilly Pulitzer, Peter, Millar, Tommy Bahama, Lululemon, Anthropologie, Vineyard Vines, etc.), and Destin Commons.
Sunseeker comes with so many amenities make your stay great! You will have a free 6-seater golf cart (LSV), a private/heated saltwater pool, access to a private beach access dedicated to our community, and a neighborhood pool (if desired). No worries about losing keys during your stay, as this home is accessed via a coded keypad at its main entryway.

Kitchen: stainless steel appliances with two refrigerators, ice maker, large pantry, beautiful stone counter tops, and an open floor plan extending into the dining and living area that is perfect for entertaining your group!
Living Area: Open concept and full of natural light with French doors exiting to the pool patio. 2 large couches and 2 large chairs surround the 60-inch flat screen TV, offering lots of seating for movie night or the big game. The 2 chairs also pull out into single beds.
Dining: Located off of the kitchen area, the dining table has seating for 8 as well as 4 barstools at the kitchen island. There is also a separate dining table with seating for 6 on the patio.
Backyard/Pool Patio: Located in the backyard of the home is your own private pool (heating optional) with a large deep end swim out bench and tanning shelf with bubblers, a large sunbathing area with 8 chaise loungers, chairs, a custom cypress patio table, propane grill, and outdoor games to keep the kids happy so you can relax!

Additional Details:
✔️Pool Heating available upon request for an additional fee of $400+ tax. The golf cart will be fully charged and ready for you when you arrive.
✔️What we provide: Each home comes supplied with all bed/bath linens, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in bathroom and kitchen.
✔️Things to bring: beach towels, beach items (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys), laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods. You might also want to bring extra blankets during the cooler months as we do not provide them.
✔️CANCELLATION POLICY: Please observe the cancellation policy applicable to this listing on the booking platform utilized for your reservation at the time of your booking.
✔️PET POLICY: This home is pet-friendly for up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please request approval before booking

Our family of 14 had a wonderful stay at Sunseeker. The house was laid out perfectly, with 8 bedrooms, 7 having King size beds. The little ones were thrilled with their bunk room, 4 full size bunks and a great arcade game right in their room.
We were blessed with great weather, so the pool got its fair share of use. Seeing as it was the beginning of the World Cup and we are definitely a soccer family, having the outside TV was a real bonus. We spent quite a bit of time lounging in the pool while watching games.
The kitchen was used on a regular basis and it had everything we needed. The extra refrigerator was put to good use and OMG the separate ice maker was heavenly!
Another bonus was having a private entrance to the beach. It was easy to walk there and spend the day enjoying the beautiful beach and water. The sand is like flour and there were no rocks in the water at all. Coming from the North, rocky beaches and shorelines are common. It was absolutely beautiful.
If we ever get a chance to return to this beautiful area we would not think twice about staying at the Sunseeker again. Thanks for the great memories.

The Sunseeker was a perfect match for our family we had 13 adults and 5 children and still had room for the grandchildren that were not able to make it also the pool was great for the grandkids

We could not have been happier with the Sunseeker for our spring break trip. We had a large group, and the layout of the rooms and multitude of bathrooms made it perfect for our stay. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The pool was a little chilly (there is an option to heat) but our group enjoyed chilling in the lounge chairs and using picnic table for meals. The beach was a 5-8 minute walk and the water was so clear. The golf cart made it convenient to shuttle folks that didn’t want to walk. There were several shops within walking/golf cart distance as well (coffee, beach supplies. cVS, wine shop, boutique). I recommend this place and would stay again.
