location was good

- the garden was awful - the back door which is Spose to be a fire door does not open - hole in the wall on bedroom on second floor door handle was actually in the wall - window cracked on the one of the double beds on same floor - the bathroom design is not safe on top floor as someone could actually get stuck in the bathroom - due to the door on one bedroom deadlocks the bathroom door , this is not good if only one person is in the house and uses the bathroom and gets stuck The main tv downstairs was cracked on screen , and each bedroom that had a tv had another one right underneath lilt , living room door had no stop , and another hole in the wall where the door has gone into it , the scrub thing left near the sink in kitchen was disgusting

It was a decent size of house.

The windows were mainly all broken and some had shot holes in them. The living room TV didnt work or the lights. The showers were mouldy, all leaked and the only one that got hot was the main bathroom with a bath. It was pretty mucky in general. We had to clean the kitchen before cooking in it and you couldn't get out of the kitchen door, it was locked and sealed which is a concerning fire exit risk. There are door handles falling off and holes in walls. It needs a really good safety check and some TLC.

Never would I stay again or recommend this place to stay. It was absolutely disgusting. When we first arrived the house smelt like old food. We had to spray air freshener throughout the whole house. The towel left for me on top of my bed was black and had stains all over. When looking through the kitchen draws for the utensils and there was barely any (we was a group of 7). There was milk sachets left that was almost a year old. Our shower curtain was a kitchen cloth which wasn’t attached to the rails and chucked over the top of the pole. Smashed tv, dirty socks In all bedroom draws as well crumbs. Dead bugs all round, bin bag with rotten food left on the back of the bedroom door. We did request a refund or some money back as we was so uncomfortable staying for the weekend we was debating to leave after the first night. Not to mention we had to check in at 7pm which wasted a whole day that we paid for. Unprofessional service as the owner allowed men to come into the back garden while we was having lunch and the men were observing us through the back door (which had no curtain as it was used for my shower) as a group of young girls this was very intimidating and disturbed us. The owner also banged the door at 9am and woke us all up to drop a hover for the cleaner as she had things to do which again interupted our stay. The list goes on! Please do not stay here, the reviews are clearly written by the owner herself or family because you must be blind or have the lowest possible standards if you think this was anyway acceptable to charge for.

It was super spacious and lives up to the expectations we had! The host was also very lovely and patient as we had checked in an hour later than we had planned to! Thank you :)

Nothing I didn’t like but just the lack of public transport to get to the place from the station. But if your driving there’s loads of driveway space!

Great stay very comfortable and homey, also very clean.
