The location was good. Lift was fast. Apartment unit was clean. The bath tub was a plus. Apart from that, nothing to shout about.

The fact that the main door was a hassle. Lock was not functioning smoothly, each time we tried to go out, we had to spend 5-6 minutes trying to lock the door. The owner only gave us 1 access card which was a huge pain. We had teenagers with us, they wanted to go out earlier to walk around the area but they couldn’t do so because if they had taken the access card, we couldn’t exit after. So we were forced to leave at the same time. Absolutely troublesome & illogical. No sachet of coffee nor tea given. Air conditioning in the dining area was not working. TV signal was on & off. WiFi wasn’t stabled in the morning. Parking was limited, we had to go in circles all around B1 & B2 and wait for a vacant spot. The QR code given by owner was pointless, it didn’t work- we had to key in the passcode each time we enter/exit. I’ve travelled across the world for years, it’s very unfortunate that I had to endure such an unpleasant stay domestically in my home Country.

Price expensive.handing key late,suppose to be 3pm ,but we wait till 1/2 hrs & we r late too,they never realized din put key at mailbox ( we reached 430pm,they only came ard 5pm. Units cabinets r dirty

1.the apartment is quite big and comfortable 2.there’s lot of parking provided 3.helpful guard

The house was not clean.A lot of cockroaches.The owner was not reliable and flexible.We checked in late so when I checked out I asked for extension.She compensate for 3 hours and additional 2 hours she charged.The worst part my son got rashes due to the uncleanliness.We had a unpleasant stay.Not worth at all for the price.
