Se escuchaba todo de las otras habitaciones tanto de las habitaciones cercanas, como del piso de arriba, no se podía dormir. No volvería a ese hotel, imposible dormir

Realmente el hotel supero mis expectativas, primero esta en el centro del corazon de ciudad, te permite acceder a todos los metros o caminar! Y lo mas que me gusto es el personal, lo amables que son y todos los detalles que el hotel pone para los huespedes sin duda volveria

The best hotel we had in Mexico: hot shower, large beds, coffee and cookies in the lobby, spacious rooms, shampoo & shower gel provided each day. Overall high standard vs other hotels. Located right behind the main square & close to sightseeing points. Many thanks!

Free water, coffee and tea

Location wasn’t very comfortable for tourists, especially at night. Staff very expressive about wanting tips. Front office not very kind for helping with problems on my trip. Breakfast not explained or no signs with the food so felt very lost every morning. Only knew about free water from reviews, not staff.

La cena en el restorán y el desayuno buffet DE LO MEJOR!!!!!!!!!!!!! Todo el personal muy, muy amable. Regresaré pronto.

I like the location.. its so close to everything.. especially the metro and the cathedral..

I dont like the smell coming out of either the toilet or the air vent.. it does have faint sewer smell…

The staff was very attentive. We very much appreciated the free water bottles in the lobby. There was no limit of how many you could take/day. We loved the extra orders beside the breakfast buffet.

The elevator doesn't require the room key to operate. Made me a little bit worry about the safety.

It was my second stay at this hotel. I like the location as it’s very close to the Zocalo and the historic centre. Buffet breakfast was included in the price I paid. My room was very comfortable and I shall be returning again in August. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful.

I was happy with everything about my stay.

The included breakfast was an excellent buffet that changed every day and included some made-to-order options, fresh fruit and juices, many hot items, yogurt, pastries, etc. The rooms were modern and clean. Staff was very kind. The rooftop patio provided perfect sunrise viewing and just the right amount of space for our group to gather each morning. Location is a 3 minute walk to Templo Mayor, the cathedral, and excellent rooftop bars. The lobby was always stocked with free cold bottled water and snacks for guests at all hours.

Not all staff speaks English, so it his helpful to know some Spanish or use Google Translate. There was a bit of construction being done next door, so my first floor room was noisy during the day, but you couldn't hear the noise from the other floors/rooms.
