A special thank you to Eduardo, who went above and beyond to help us our. He took the time to tell us about everything nearby, shared great recommendations, and was always willing to accommodate our needs with a smile. We would also like to recognize Mr. Plata, the security guard, who made sure we knew the best way to head out each morning and always looked out for guests. His kindness and attention made us feel very safe during our stay. The location was fantastic—so close to everything and within walking distance of so many fun attractions. The breakfast was also amazing and a great way to start each day. We are truly grateful for the hospitality we received from everyone at the property. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. Nice hotel to stay, good location and a great rooftop

Good value and nearby Historico Centro. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Nice rooms, rooftop terrace and a great location. However, don't expect to sleep much if you get a groundfoor room - the noise from outside and the reception is relentless and from early morning to late night and the missing noise cancellation is very obvious.
