Best Western Plus Chickasha Inn

the breakfast was good, and the staff was nice. the pool was clean, the staff did tend to our needs which is nice.

the stains on our floor in our room, half the outlets in our room did not work. the blankets were really thin. however they did give us some extra blankets which was very appreciated.

It was very festive and decorated!

The bed was too soft and the pillows were like 15 inch squares that were way too soft. Would have preferred a normal, wider pillow, and the pillows could use more stuffing or be firmer.

I would prefer a coffee maker in my room without having to ask and the toilet paper was so thin and terrible. I also requested early check-in and was told that it would be no problem but there's a $20 fee. I agreed the fee would be fine, but I arrived about 90 minutes before normal check-in time and my room wasn't ready as I thought it would be based on confirmation that I would have early check-in. I then waited in the lobby for 25 minutes before they had a room prepared for me, but I was still charged the full $20. Wasn't thrilled about that.
