Loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We ended up giving the kids the big room with the en-suite as it was a massive king size bed. The second bedroom was across the lounge to the other bathroom so a bit far for them to walk. Loved having so many facilities and good coffee close by, the wifi was excellent and while we did pay for parking separately it was good to have easy close to lift parking. All staff we encountered were very professional and friendly. Can't comment on room service or the hotel kitchen as we didn't use it but did find an incredible burger place nearby!

The bathrooms being black and the awkward slope/step up into the bathroom tripped us up a couple of times both in the main bathroom and the ensuite. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner, they were black so they hid a lot but a deeper scrub may be needed.

Good size room. Comfortable bed.

Was not impressed to pay extra for parking when it was already highly priced accommodation.

Meals were affordable and delivered to the room very quickly. Rooms were spacious and the bed very comfortable. Parking was easy to access and close to the accommodation.

Shower floor wasn't very clean. We were evacuated just after I got into bed due to a fire alarm.

A bit clunky getting from the carpark to the lobby and our room The pillows are terrible. We were in room 520 and unfortunately there was a constant wind blowing like noise in the room that only stopped if we opened the door but once closed the noise started again. We tossed up between staying with you or the Mercure where we have stayed previously, this will definitely send us back there.
