Very nice. Upgraded appliances. 1 minor issue, the fan in the master bedroom and the upstairs front bedroom have the same kind of fan with remote. Our friends would turn there fan and light out but ours would turn on. When we would turn off Master bedroom off it would turn theirs on.

Our stay was worry free. I picked this location knowing it was close by to many of the shops and restaurants I would be visiting. The check-in process was very easy, and everything was just as shown and listed in the description. The neighborhood was quiet and we had no problems. This location is close to the Palafox area, which has lots of stores and restaurants to visit. A short 10-15 minute drive also puts you at NAS Pensacola where the Naval Aviation Museum is based as well as the Pensacola Lighthouse. If the beach is your destination, Pensacola Beach can be visited with a 15 or so minute drive as well. This is a good base to do lots of things in the area, and is great option for a nice stay.

This house was everything we wanted and more. The house was beautiful. It was very spacious and clean. We left like we were home. Location was perfect. The neighbor was quiet. My children loved everything. The 5 star rating and the exception review is spot on. Thank you for helping make our first Pensacola experience and unforgettable one.

This home was absolutely perfect. Our group of 8 had everything we needed. This home is located close to the downtown district. The neighborhood was very quiet at night. We were a close drive to the beach.

House was clean and comfy for my family of 4 with a 5 and 7 year old. We stayed a week and put the kitchen and grill to use. It was a great location to check out downtown and about 20 minutes to the beach which we did not mind. Pensacola beach was much more crowd Then we anticipated so it was nice to be able to get away from the crowds.

We were able to secure this beautiful property after a previous host cancellation at the last minute. So thankful they did because this place was so much nicer and just what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was in a quiet neighborhood that was very convenient for us visiting our son who was stationed at NAS. It was clean and comfortable for my family of 7 to stay in. It is not within walking distance to the downtown, but that was not an issue or desire of my family.
Communication and responsiveness of the owner was excellent. The sleeper couch sheets were not clean when we opened it, but clean sheets were on our porch the next day. Also the dishwasher went on the fritz one evening (a good unit, but had a controls issue) but someone was there the next day to look at it. Both issues were minor inconveniences that were responded to quickly and professionally.
I would recommend this property, particulary for families visiting someone stationed at NAS.

We had 4 children ( 6, 11,13,15) and 2 adults staying at this rental . It was clean, spacious, well maintained and comfortable. Everything we needed was in the hone. There were several parks and entertainment all around as well as as plenty of places to eat and shop.

The property is nicely upgraded, cozy and very clean. Backyard with firpit was perfect for night time adult drinks and conversation. Ample amount of room for our two families. And the location was prime for all of our adventures. We'll be back.

Very Clean, Great Location, Easy and affordable to Uber everywhere in town. It really only has three real beds and a fold out. But, worked well for our needs. All and all a great spot. Definitely an up and coming neighborhood. We wiil rent it again.🙂

Property was just as listed, conveniently located close to downtown but also close enough to the beach. They had a park for our kids to play about 2 blocks away. They had additional blankets and pillows for us to use as well as extra towels. Back yard was amazing. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

House was great but neighborhood needs to be developed more you can see that they are investing in neighborhood in a few years it will be ideal.

Great for families
We were in town for a mini family reunion. Three generations from out of town shared the house and the locals came by to hang out in this beautiful home. We had plenty of room for everyone!

Nice house, very clean. House is obviously a rental property with adequate furnishings but very generic. Location is a little sketchy but for the price it was expected. Nice communication from property manager. If you’re looking for a newer house,very basic for a great price,this is the house for you.

Great home away from home!
This property was accurately described and represented both in photos and description. It was super clean and well appointed! It was great for us because we needed a spot that was a short drive to the Naval Air Station. It was close to the main areas of downtown and just required a short drive. I would absolutely recommend this location - just awesome! It was super easy to communicate with hosts and they were quick with responses.

Very Convenient
We were doing some boating in Pensacola bay. The property was very close to where we kept our boat. Very Clean and comfortable for the four of us. Would definitely rent the place again. The neighborhood appears to be going through a transition. In a very positive way. Super convenient to downtown Pensacola. Great spot!👍

Exceptional Home - Very Pleased
Brand new, modern home. All new appliances, bedding, etc. The beds were super comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Very close to downtown activities and restaurants.

The house is exceptionally beautiful, and has everything you need for a stay. Kitchen was fully stocked, enough room for the family to sit down together and eat. There were plenty of towels and a washer / dryer. The kids were excited about beach toys and the large yard. I would definitely stay here again!
