Clean and well situated for exploring the town.

Very loud at night time on the weekends due to the live music in the pub. The wi-fi also did not work in the room.

The location was great!

The check-in process was very rough. There was no one at the check-in desk at check-in time, so someone at the restaurant checked us in. Then, they directed us to the wrong room...we went to the the room and opened it with the key, but it seemed that room was already occupied (there were bags in there opened), so we checked another room, which was empty. We left our bags in there and left. Later that night when we returned to that room, our bags were no longer there and there were new bags. So, our bags have been removed from the room without being notified or contacted about the mishap. It was close to 2am and the restaurant downstairs was closing, but there was some staff still there so we told them about it. They said that they had removed our bags when the new guests checked into that same room and put our bags in a storage room. Luckily, she knew about it and gave us our bag and directed us to the room that we were supposed to initially be at. The biggest problem is that this key now opened 3 different rooms (do other people's keys also open other rooms??), which is a huge invasion of privacy and security. Also, I am not sure why we were not contacted about this mishap. Had we arrived a little later (after staff left), we would not have had our bags!

We Found someone had mistakenly put someone else’s bags in our room. We notified the staff which they had removed the bags. Later in the evening we came back to find other people in our room, their keys were also able to open our room door for some reason. This was a huge safety concern for us and we did not feel safe during our stay. We were not offered any alternative measures at the time since there was no one there at the desk late in the evening when this occurred and were told it would be fixed in the morning… we did not feel safe as it felt anyone could have accessed our room and belongings at any point.

There was no parking close to the inn. There was loud music till 1:00 am.

A very quaint, historical inn. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere. The service was excellent from all staff we encountered. Very comfy beds and great shower. Having a pub downstairs for all your food & beverage needs was a great bonus

One downside, no coffee in the room or at the pub before 11am. Great breakfast options nearby though.

Breakfast was excellent but it was not in the same building and was not included.

The internet was down so no television for the night and no offer of a discount. Parking was another additional cost and was not included in the price.

The TV wouldn't work in the room. The bar tender made a valiant effort to fix it. Eventually it worked. The staff was wonderful!

This is a quaint, cozy, historic inn. Our room was really cute and just as pictured on the website. The staff were really friendly. The bar downstairs was really nice. We enjoyed a meal there and stayed for the live music. We had a great evening.

The rooms are noisy, as the Inn says really clearly on the website, so this Inn is not for everyone. It is a very old building and noise travels. In our room, we could clearly hear the band downstairs and people talking outside after the bar closed. We were prepared for it and okay with it, but it's good to know. If this is not for you, they have rooms in an adjacent building which does not have noise from the bar.

Lack of dedicated checkin staff meant we felt rushed (bc the waiter who checked us in was understandably very busy). was asked to write our complete credit card info on a piece of paper that was not secured afterward. with the lack of front desk staff, anyone could have taken it off the desk, the cleaner in the lobby when we left was very friendly and helpful

The Olde Angel Inn was a very fun stay. I liked the look and feel of the historic rooms. It was very close to the heart of NOTL, so we were able to walk everywhere! Definitely a plus if you are in town for some wine tasting. The bar downstairs was very lively and it was definitely cool to just be able to walk upstairs from the pub and go to sleep.

I will say that the place is noisy, which I absolutely expected from a working bar. Luckily, I thought, we will be staying up late and drinking anyway, so who cares! There was live music and everything. My issue was actually the noise in the morning . . . pub staff loudly talking, moving around furniture, vacuuming . . . not ideal.

Location was great, walk out the front door and your right in the middle of Olde Town. Check-in was easy and they were very friendly. We stayed in the Colonel Room, bed was a king and super comfortable, toilet/shower was a little tight and the shower body was starting to go bc we had to keep fiddling with the hot and cold but that was addressed at check-out. Sitting room was nice, had enough space to lounge, good size T.V. and it's own heater. Room was clean, bed sheets very warm. A tad pricey for comparable rooms in the area but overall an excellent stay.

so cute and perfect for a quick getaway. really felt like a cozy cottage. close to everything, literally a stones throw to so many cute shops and restaurants. the pub itself was a highlight

The inn was very quaint with a perfect location and great history.

First I want to stress that we were told there would be a band, so the inn gave full disclosure. I would say volume wise the band noise level was similar to driving in your car with the windows down and the volume up. The band did sound great and everyone sounded like they were having a great time! I would say if you are a light sleeper and have early morning plans just keep that in mind. It was like having front row seats from the comfort of your bed! As stated the inn did plenty of warning before booking!

The staff and location was great! The room was small but cozy. The mattress was comfy!

We didn't like the fact that the music was really loud until 12. The ear plugs don't really help. Also the heater turning on every 15-20 minutes was rather annoying and really interrupted my sleep!
