We’ve stayed in four different places in Sarasota so far and this has by far been our favorite! We asked Sergey to have the pool at 82° and that was no problem. The hot tub was great on the cool nights. When the air conditioning didn’t work one morning, Sergey was there that day to fix it. Would be happy to stay here again.

Great stay. Location is in an older, not fancy neighborhood, but quiet and safe. Convenient to Siesta Key and grocery store. Home is totally enclosed by fence for privacy. Very clean and Sergey, the host, responds immediately. Best thing is the pool and hot tub...awesome!!

We literally stumbled upon Sergey's house and feel so lucky. The house is perfect. Clean and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen has everything you will need. The lanai is private and comfortable. The entire yard is enclosed by privacy fence - even a gate across the garage entrance! And then there's the pool. It's terrific. Sergey, I don't want to say more - we want to keep your place a secret so we can rent from you again! But you are such a great host, we want you to prosper. So if you are reading this and are in search of the perfect home, in the perfect location, near every service, restaurant and beach, you just found it.

My stay at Sergey's place was very comfortable and relaxing. The house is a great location to grocery store and just minutes to Siesta Key! The pool was wonderful, loved having breakfast by the pool or in the lanai. The master bed was very comfortable. You have all the amenities that you need. Love the idea of having a garage with openers to park out of the sun! Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

This property was AMAZING. Loved the private pool and hot tube and private garage. The owner, Sergei was very attentive and answered any question I ask within minutes. I will definitely be back to stay again. You are very close to a Publix but the Detwillers farmers market had everything you need for your grocery needs. It is right around the corner. Very inexpensive. We loved every bit of this property and Siesta Key.

Great home full of space. Host has thought of everything. The pool & hot tub were great! From afternoon cool off to late night swim. Every morning 2 bunnies would greet us on the patio. The kids loved the lizards living in the tropical plants outside!! Location is great. Going to Siesta Beach ,Lido Key & Mangrove Tunnels was only minutes to drive. Every afternoon we spent time back at the house, swimming & even grilling out. We hope to stay again!!
Also I gotta say the beds were so comfortable & the couches too!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was very clean, close to just about everything, especially the beaches and the pool and hot tub were great!! The provided beach chairs, cooler and towels were great to have since we flew in from Texas. We enjoyed all of our meals in the indoor patio, plenty of dinnerware for outside, the pool was a perfect 87*F without being heated, the yards were beautiful and well taken care of, the gate was damaged from the hurricane but we were still able to pull it closed manually for privacy and security.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay the home was very clean and organized Sergey supplied everything you could possibly need for the stay the pool and hot tub were excellent and we would definitely return also it was close to the beach and many good restaurants

This property is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet so close to everything. It is a mere 20 minute drive to the airport and many of the attractions, such as Mote Aquarium, the Jungle Garden and Ringling Museum plus very easy access to the beautiful Siesta Beach. The home was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. However, the most outstanding feature of the property has to be the pool and spa. We spent hours and hours everyday in the pool with our young grandkids and then relaxed in the spa later in the day. It is a beautiful property and we would definitely come back again.

What an excellent stay. The home was very comfortable and we felt safe. Very close to the beaches or you can stay by the amazing pool and hot tub. I don’t think there is a nicer pool and hot tub in the area.

Able to get to beach, Siesta Key village, local restaurants, airport, etc. very easily. Quiet neighborhood. Home was kept very well. Will definitely consider a return. Really enjoyed the whole trip as a result of those many great facets.
Suggestion: repair lock on sliding door to pool and have locks screen doors high so that young children can't reach them. Also it's time to replace one of the sofa's, whose wear and tear is hidden by a cover meant for pets.

Always have different food trucks and Mouthole was our favorite. Can't wait to return !

Sergey the host was incredibly responsive before and during our stay. While you are a drive away from the beach, it’s a very short drive.

Great weekend stay!
Excellent property, perfect for the four of us that stayed the weekend! The backyard was by far my favorite part with the pool and hot tub, I believe I spent the majority of the weekend there. Sergey the host was incredibly responsive before and during our stay. While you are a drive away from the beach, it’s a very short drive.

Fantastic Stay!
We loved our stay here. The house is clean, well maintained, and stocked with all necessities. My kids (3, 5) had a blast in the pool every day. Ten minute drive to Siesta Key Beach and the garage is full of beach toys and chairs. We can’t wait to come back!

The title isn’t misleading; we were so happy in Sergey’s house that we extended our stay by two weeks (sadly this house was booked) and have decided to buy a Sarasota property that is as much like this one as possible. We booked this property in September for the month of February, so after five months of looking at the photos online, we knew what to expect. But we were blown away when we arrived. The house is immaculate and nicely decorated, and the lanai and pool...oh the lanai and pool! We had a list of places to visit but skipped most of them because we preferred hanging out in that gorgeous backyard. The furniture and beds are comfortable, the sheets are soft, and there are tons of towels so you never run out, so matter how much you use the pool. The house had absolutely everything we needed, and that’s saying something for a month-long stay. Sergey is a considerate, thoughtful host who really goes the extra mile to make sure his guests are enjoying themselves. When he found out that we had been on the road for three days he went to the house and got the spa heated up for us before our arrival. Thank you, Sergey! You gave my family a month of memories we’ll cherish forever.

...as we left we said "the only bummer was we did not stay long enough!" We enjoyed this vacation so much, the one thing we all loved was the pool and spa. All of us were in the water as much as we could be and we liked that we had water to play in even though the beach is so close, some times the children woke early just so they could get a head start on the swimming. We definately will get the pool heated again if it's in the chilly time of the year, it made such a difference!!! The house is nice and roomy for 6, plenty of sofas and restrooms and eating areas. We had a blast and plan on coming back!!!

Loved the neighborhood .. very quiet and the location was perfect .., close to Siesta Key. House was clean and great for our needs. The kitchen and dining room set up was great for our Christmas dinner! The only downside was the noise from the pool filter off of the master ... woke us up on Saturday morning.
