Fully stocked camper with a bathroom including a shower, air conditioning and heat. Everything you need to have a great time! Three queen pop out beds (like a pop up camper, but much more stable!). Couch and dining table both make into beds. Kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas stove top, double sink and microwave. Also stocked with pots/pans, silverware, dishes, coffee pot (with filters), & toaster. Flat screen TV with DVD player, hooked up to speakers inside and/or outside the camper. Electric slide out for a large open area and an electric awning. The inside is very spacious. Our delivery and setup is $148 plus mileage. It includes hooking everything up, full setup, as well as tear down and pick up. We want to make your stay as convenient as possible! When you arrive, everything is taken care of already (the air conditioning is already on!). Well-behaved kids and dogs are welcome. :) Rental includes all bedding, towels, 3 sleeping fans, basic cooking supplies, 4 camping chairs, cleaning supplies, paper products, trash bags, dish soap, etc. Also, two propane tanks. It needs a 30 amp plug in, meaning it only has 1 air conditioner. With the fold outs, the camper is pretty large. The 3 fold out beds are canvas material, which isn't good insulation. If the camper is in a well shaded place, the air conditioner will do well up to ~92 degrees. If it is in full sun, it will not do well cooling. Often times on hot days, it really cools down well, a few hours after sunset. The fold out bed in the rear (behind the bathroom) doesn't get as much air, and tends to be warmer. There are fans on each of the 3 fold out beds, and they help a lot! The furnace works great, and runs on propane. We supply 2 full propane tanks, if you use both and need more, you can swap them out at most gas stations or grocery stores, during your stay. If the temperature will be below freezing for any part of your rental, the camper will be winterized for the entire time, and you will not be able to use water (bathroom or the kitchen sink).
