Slechte service, totaal geen aandacht en enthousiasme richting de klant. Ik sliep op een gedeelde kamer waarvan de deur niet dicht kon. Geen wc papier op het toilet. Heel klein miezerig straaltje uit de douche. Geen sleutels, voordeur en kamerdeur zitten dus niet op slot en innorincipe zou iedereen je kamer in kunnen lopen.

ביחס לתגובות ולציון שראינו כשהזמנו ציפינו לחוויה שונה לגמרי. בפועל- במקום אין מים חמים ובמקלחת כמעט ולא היה זרם, כשהגענו המקלחת בחדר הייתה מלוכלכת והרצפה הייתה מלאה בשיערות, אין בן אדם זמין בקבלה או בטלפון כמעט בכלל (לא ראינו את האחראי לאורך כל השהייה במקום), החדר היה חשוך ולא מאוד נעים.

Brilliant hostel and diving school. Abel is great owner. We did fun dives and Open water cert with them. Room is very clean. Small hostel with 2 kitchens with gas cookers.

No ac in the room bathroom was not nice

Abel is a great ĥost, easy communication, nice little room with fully working a/c during super warm days. Great place to stay if you love scuba diving, Abel as setted up all the dive trip for us, and even found a last minute dive master for us as he was sick. Cozy and calm place, perfect when you wanna relax after a day in the ocean. Not too close from the over touristic places, so you can find real mexican restaurants, with good food and cheap prices.

good location. room was comfortable and spacious, although it has no closet or table, just a bench to put your stuff and two nightstands.

no one to check you in or out. dogs going through the trash. dirty kitchen rags. dirty dishes left for days. a single fridge to share with too many people. sometimes we ran out of water and the owner was not around to turn on the pump.

Nice location, close to everything and not too loud, can’t hear music played from room. lovely people with great personalities:)

The price was right and location was not to bad.

The room was very hot and uncomfortable. Booked for 7 nights but only stayed 2 as found it to hot to sleep.

Comfortable spacious private room. Kitchen facilities so cooking is possible. Outdoor terrace. Location very close to ferry dock and town.

Shower pressure non existent. The chill vibe meant I didn't really interact with any staff beyond a hello. I got a welcome email on booking.com with the owner's whatsapp encouraging me to contact him for recommendations, but I never got a response to my message.

Abel is an amazing host. Extremely jovial and knowledgeable about things to do not just in Cozumel but all over the world. You can also book your diving with him, fun dives, open water course, discover dives, all that good stuff. Great family vibe at the hostel and I will not stay anywhere else on future trips to Cozumel.

AMAZING STAFF

It's a really nice hostel with an awesome atmosphere. It has a very personal touch which I loved a lot. Wanted to stay for a night but kept extending :) 100 % recommendation

We loved staying here, the place was very relaxed and in a great location a few streets back from the tourist stretch. Abel was really welcoming and had great recommendations. He’s also a great dive guide and can help you organise diving in the area.

There was no hot water.

My food was stolen, I never saw any staff and I did not like the dogs in the kitchen.

The location was okay and it was really cheap

You can enter the hostel from the street just pushing the doors and the doors to the dormitory have no lock either lol. There's an old shady cupboard to store your valuables if you have your own locker

There's a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge available for use. The bedsheets are really soft and there's only 3 single beds in the room so you can still meet people but it's quiet enough in the actual room to get a good nights sleep! There's aircon, a nice large terrace. The space is decorated with lots of quirky things which is really cool! The host is a scuba diving instructor so can help you if you're on the island to go scuba diving with info about courses etc. Close to a fruit and veg market and a great juice bar (Nacho Crazy Boy juice bar).

The only thing missing is a bathmat in the bathroom as when you shower water gets all over the floor

No Sign of the Hostel, I was searching on the Street for 30minutes like an Idiot until a Women knew about the Hostel and She told me wich Door I have to Enter. There was a "Volunteer" at the Time I arrived, he showed me the Bed I could Sleep in. (That was the last time I saw him).For the rest of my Stay I would not see any Responsable Person anymore. The Hostal wast just left alone. No Water at All in The Hostel. Could not wash my Teeth, dont take a Shower, not Cook, Nothing. The Bathrooms where very Dirty and so the Kitchen. The Bedrooms felt Humid, no Ventilation, no Airconditioning, it was Horrible to Sleep like that. Internet, well aparently there was bud becose the Hostel was left unatended nobody knew the Password.
