Great location close enough to pub and shop etc but still private with bush and coastal views. Very comfortable with all conveniences considered and included.

Good location, wonderful view, and fantastic common area and kitchen.

Only one bathroom in a place advertised for 6-8 people. Other than the main bedroom, the two other bedrooms were very barebones (no storage and/or hanging space, or no bedside lamps). Also the pier sounds good, but the water off the pier is not swimmable—a veritable kelp forest.

the vegetation in front of the house had been cleared so it was a bit desert-like and not as much bird-life as neighbouring forested areas.

For 6 people staying one bathroom isn't enough when the toilet is in the same room, particularly when most are females as there are no mirrors in any rooms to take your things and do hair and makeup. That's my only suggestion. As we loved our stay

The house had an offensive very musty smell which lingered throughout our 2 night stay even after a thorough airing. The house was dirty- with dust and grim on multiple surfaces, and an ant problem making preparing food in the kitchen difficult. The bathroom was extremely out dated with the a terrible shower head. The fireplace is a gas/electric heater- not a wood fire as the picture may suggest. Extremely overpriced. Overall a very disappointing stay. I will not return or suggest to others.
