Property was not like the pictures, when we arrived the property had not even been cleaned and no beds had been made. There were exposed live cables in one of the bedrooms and a leak coming in when it rained right next to the wires. We asked for 11 days for this to be fixed but it never was

The location was great, really close to great restaurants, bars and even gyms. It’s a walkable distance to the beach thought it is about a 40 minute walk. The pool was great and rooms were big. Helpful with an early checkout and arranging a transport to the airport.

Most of the outdoor lights (for example: pool lights) in the property didn’t work. The price for electricity was pretty high at 7 baht per unit, means you can’t spend much time in the house with air conditioning on without racking up a bill. Unfortunately couldn’t help us with a transport to the property. There’s lots of construction around the property which does make it really loud, bits of scaffolding around the property too.
