Great property, had everything we needed for a long weekend away!

The unit was perfect, had everything we needed, Very clean, quiet, an in a great location.

We really enjoyed the condo itself is stunning. We found everything we needed. Bed was comfortable too. Parking was a little challenging having to walk over to the structure and park on the third floor every time we went out but not that big of a deal. Great location, walkable to Front St and many restaurants and bars. We will book here again.

Had a lovely stay in this Traverse City condo. Great location close of downtown shopping and dining. Clean, new, quiet, and comfortable. Had all the nice touches like soft towels and Kleenexes. Tastefully decorated. Good communication with the property manager. Would stay again.

Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Perfect spot for a family just outside of downtown on front St. good communication with owner, and very great overall experience.

We arrived to a lovely condo on Friday evening, with a bottle of wine waiting for us. The weather for the weekend was a bonus as it was a picture perfect weekend to go wining. The condo is exactly as the pictures show - its really a beautiful place. I stay again in the future and recommend others to do the same.

My husband & I took advantage of the beautiful fall weather and spent 2 nights in this condo, which was perfect walking distance to the shops & restaurants of downtown Traverse City. The condo was completely furnished, *very clean, and attractively decorated. Best 2 night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time in the comfortable king size bed! Thank you for being easily accessible to communicate with Katy. We look forward to staying there again!

This was the perfect location for my first time visiting Michigan! Easy drives to Sleeping Bear, Mission Point, Torch Lake, etc Plus lots of great shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance! Condo was perfect…clean, cozy, well appointed, and the hosts were very helpful with recommendations, and super quick to respond to questions! Will be back next year!

The unit is very comfortable and the location is perfect for exploring Traverse City. There is no elevators so toting suitcases is taxing. The second day, I washed three loads of laundry before I learned the dryer did not work properly, requiring toting the wet laundry to s laundromat. I was told repairman would be sent (did not happen) and that we would be compensated for our inconvenience (not so far). There were only 4 coffee cups and VERY limited silverware, requiring operating the dishwasher every two days with very little in it—not eco friendly.

This space was the perfect size for a couple's getaway. Very clean and modern. The location was great-just a couple blocks from downtown. We enjoyed being able to keep our car parked and walk to all our restaurant, shopping and bar destinations. I would highly recommend this space and location to anyone!

Made plans to visit TC on short notice. Property was as advertised, very convenient access process, clean, quiet, and walking distance to downtown and the lake. Communication with management was easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Brand new, clean, well laid out and adequately supplied. Location is excellent, town and waterfront all walkable. Excellent communications from management. If stairs are an issue, get 1st or lower floor. 28 steps to 200 level. Only downside is parking. It is accurately explained up front. However, what isn’t told is that the limited spaces are much more narrow than a normal space which (as in my case) is likely to leave you with a souvenir ding or two. Structure parking is a viable option unless (as in my case) the structure is closed! Then, SOL - shouldn’t be this way. I’ve stayed in the complex next door and they provide a pass for the structure. Admittedly, of no help if the structure is closed (which I’m sure was an anomaly) but, would be a welcomed, amenity to be included nonetheless for carefree in-and-out. Overall, highly recommended. P.s, After having to leave before our scheduled check-out, received "check-out instructions" that included doing the dishes, stripping beds, and doing laundry. Really? After charging me a cleaning fee? Perhaps you should be paying me to clean. Ain't gonna happen.

This property is exactly as advertised. The decor and furnishings are very nice and cozy. On my next stay in TC, I will definitely stay here. The property was in close location to downtown. Please do note though that parking is VERY limited here and most likely you will have to pay for parking in the adjacent parking garage. This isn’t a deal breaker, but something people should be aware of. Thanks for the hospitality and wonderful accommodations!

This place was great. The location was perfect for walking places so we didn't have to move our car much. The owner was very easy to work with and the place had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

The property was very clean, very well furnished.. The bed was super comfortable and the communication with Katy the manager was outstanding! She was on top of any question we had almost instantly.. Will definitely be back!
