Riu Palace Costa Mujeres - All Inclusive

The level of service and hospitality from the moment you step foot on the property is unreal. The staff is quick, incredibly attentive, and warm—nobody haggled or bugged us on the beach or by the pool, so you can truly relax. The main garden courtyard area is stunning, especially viewed from the Junior Suites, and the rooms were spotless with housekeeping like clockwork. The food had plenty of variety across the restaurants and the buffet, the RIU Parties and mini water park were a blast, and the beach view looking toward the Cancun skyline is breathtaking.

Not much to complain about, but keep in mind that the TVs are basic cable only with no smart connectivity or streaming apps (though it was a nice excuse to unplug!). Also, the resort is quite isolated from external stores like Oxxo or Walmart, so if you forget basic pharmacy items like medicine, expect steep resort store prices.
