The layout and quality

The kitchen, the electrical device didn’t work well.

The apartments are in a great location. They are accessed via a pretty busy alleyway but it doesn't take more than 20 minutes to walk to almost all of the attractions. We took the Alilaguna from the airport and got off at Ca'Rezzonico and walked from there (not sure if there was a quicker option). The traghetto is right around the corner (highly recommend using it) and saves you from walking to Accademia or Rialto to get to San Marco. The cafe out the front of the alley was used many times for cappuccinos! So many restaurants and nightlife within a 10 minute walk. Showers, WiFi, and all the amenities were fantastic. Lots of outlets for charging! They even had an iron and an ironing board!

We used the apartment as a base of operations. There's no views out the windows so you tend to lose track of what time of day it is but, you're in Venice so you shouldn't be in the apartment anyway! Since you are in Venice, the trash is a big deal. They go out of their way to let you know that at the apartment and they aren't kidding. Short 3 minute walk to Campo San Polo to dump whatever trash is being collected on that day. The apartment had plenty of bags for us. We had a little miscommunication on the delivery of the keys as our contact Elisa on WhatsApp had enlisted Teresa to deliver the keys and we both stood in the alley for a minute or two and then parted ways by accident but other than that, Elisa and Teresa were very helpful.

Sehr zentral und leise

Appartement très spacieux avec deux salles de bains. Quartier animé et une station de vaporetto à proximité qui nous a permis de visiter tout Venise ou presque.

Rien sauf l'absence d'une machine à café. Mais le bar du coin a comblé amplement ce manque .
