The room has a good size, and it is equipped with a full kitchen and also has a parking spot in front of the house.

Everything was good until I asked the host to stay a few minutes after 11 AM so that I could take a quick shower. So, she asked me to leave immediately; otherwise, if I stayed in the house for a minute more, I have to pay an extra $50. I got so upset with this treatment. I found the host has no sympathy for her customers and thinks only about money. So, I left immediately without taking a shower. I really did not appreciate for kind of treatment, so for this reason, I do not recommend this place.

The town home was nice ,mostly the cable it was relaxing

for pets it's not a place for pets the back fence was broken to were the dog next door would bark everytime l would let my dog to the back yard fence need to be fix , one other thing that was inconvenient was the cleaning crew was there there was actually no time for checkout but they were there before noon and they had rushed us out of the facility which was very inconvenient for the for tonight for the price I paid for two nights I would think they would have more consideration they were telling us that if they have to come back they will charge you homeowner more money I don't believe that was any of our business but it was just a very inconvenient

Absolutely loved this townhouse. Beautiful, clean, comfy and spacious. Great location close to everything. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent little townhouse very close to I 75 and campus. Plenty of food choices within minutes. Easy and, easy out. Place was very clean. Best bath towels ever.

It’s only one and a half baths. Bath downstairs is only a half.

The location of the property is just right! Very close to all the attractions we wanted to do in Gainesville.

The internet connection was on and off, not a steady stream. We had to use our phone plan to connect our PCs.
