Hotel Quinta Ladera

The included breakfast was very good. There were two restaurant options to choose from, and the one downstairs opened at 7 and was great. The one across the street opened at 8 and was very crowded, so we only tried to go there once (which didn't work out), but it looked really nice. The location was also really good. It was in an expensive, but safe and nice, neighborhood. The common area was also really nice.

The hotel offered an airport transportation service from the airport to the hotel, which I reserved. However, although I had provided my flight information, it took us at least an hour to clear Customs, and the driver decided not to wait for us, despite my reservation. The hotel basically said that we took too long getting through Customs after our flight arrived and that they were not responsible for the driver leaving because the drivers are contracted and don't work for the hotel. Our bottom line is that they should not offer a service that they cannot provide. The hotel located another driver for us, but we had to wait for another 45 minutes for him to arrive, and he didn't know we would have luggage, so we had to lay one suitcase across our laps in the back on our ride to the hotel after he rearranged his trunk for the others. It was not a great start to our trip, and I would not at all recommend booking the service offered by the hotel. Honestly, Ubers are safe and can be easily requested.

Great location, very good breakfast with two choice of restaurant. Calm in the city.

We love the location, the room, the staff, the breakfast, the hotel is so cute and small. We went to a wedding and a lot of tour friends were staying there. We had a perfect time and want to come back soon. Thank you Hotel Quintana Ladera.

Wunderbare Lage - sehr schöner Garten - eine Oase

Ein so schönes Hotel und so wenig Gefühl für Lärmentwicklung-unter unserem Zimmer war die Waschkücke, in der pünktlich um 04:00 2 Waschmaschinen loslegten. Gefühlt den ganzen Tag - an Schlaf war nur wenig zu denken. Schade!!!
