The condo was very nice and clean. We were very happy with it except for two things. 1) There were no kitchen towels so I purchased some for the week and brought them home with me.; and 2), on the second day when I washed our breakfast dishes, the water was very slow in the kitchen sink so I turned on the garbage disposal and it didn't work. After the water drained, I put my hand into the disposal and it was half full with small hard seashells, egg shells and food. I cleaned them out because of the smell. This was really not a huge problem for us because we ate most of our meals out. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Thank you.

The beach view is amazing from the balcony. The condo is small and really only seats 3 comfortably in the living room. The problem is the couch and beds are really uncomfortable and one of the beds has a large stain on the mattress. If your going to cook the frying pans stick horribly. The place is clean and the people that work there are nice. The kids activities are hit or miss as to whether they happen. The internet is also slow for streaming. If you have a family that includes a small child or two it would be fine but if they are preteens or older, it is just too small

I understand it was near the end of the season, but there were a couple of issues which needed to be addressed. Common areas were worn and the front door showed wear from banging of carts, or just flaking paint. There were also stains on the balcony.
That said, the unit itself was pretty clean. Just a little "something" on the kitchen counter, but otherwise, spotless. Some corrosion on the shower curtain rod.
The view was spectacular! And the staff was responsive to our needs.

This was a must needed vacation. The place looked just like the photos. There was a couple of issues and they were fixed right away. Communication with the property management was simple. All I had to do was text them and they got back right away and didn’t have to stay in the phone and interrupt my vacation. I will definitely consider using this condo on my next bay if it’s available.

Very impressed with property. Perfection location. Friendly staff and easy check-in with clear instructions. Good parking facilities. Ocean front view condo very well laid out. Well maintained and clean. A few more initial supplies could have been provided but grocery store located close by. Enjoyed our first visit to Myrtle Beach and stay at Bay Watch very much. With many thanks.

We chose to stay here this year because we stayed here last year in a different unit and it was nice, clean, and welcoming. This unit lived up to the photos, it was as presented. However, the cleanliness was definitely lacking. I had to clean the sticky counters, clean bugs out of the coffee pot, and kill roaches. A bug here or there is expected, however after the second day I was on killing roach #4, I was done. I am not staying in a condo that is infested. We left and checked into another property, not a Vacasa property. I was pleased there was no problem with refunding the rest of our stay, that I was pleased with and was appreciated. It was a shame because we did like the pool area and the food at the pool bar and restaurant was pretty good. I just hope there is more time taken in pest control, it is needed in this unit at least.

i chose this condo because the pictures were pretty and it was on the 4th floor! But this condo exceeded my expectations! It was beautiful! The balcony was huge! The furniture had plenty of storage space with deep drawers!! i hope we will have the pleasure of staying here again!

We stayed for two weeks and loved it. Pools and festivities were fun. Ice cream in the gift shop, breakfast at the restaurant, dvd rental in the lobby. I was actually very surprised and pleased with the ongoing upkeep of the condo. We were even able to bring our little dog. I would highly recommend this place!

There was a small amount of mildew/mold in the tub/shower area that needs attention but nothing to really complain about.

Clean Perfect Oceanfront
Was absolutely thrilled with this oceanfront property. My sister and I loved it. It was clean, beautifully decorated, oceanfront with all the amenities and I loved the jet spa tub and shower was great too!! Will definitely stay here again!!!

This unit was clean, updated, and had a nice view of the ocean. I can’t speak for the kitchen accessories- we didn’t need to use them. The shower head was a little… rough. My husband said it would beat the paint off a vehicle but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. It was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit and the room was perfect for 3 people. This unit was also pet friendly which is a plus when we are traveling with our furry friend. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. We would stay here again!
