Nice, clean, roomy, ice cold a/c, and foot steps from the edge of the ocean

nails protruding out of the deck that goes around the entire rental, and the screen door slamming and making a lot of noise when it closes. a petty problem but to people relaxing around this rental it might be a little annoying to them.. it was that loud!

Hi my name is nicholas birtch, i recently spent a week at beach dreamer 4 in buxton nc The location was great with the beach being so close, and there was plenty of stores and restaurants close by.

Unfortunately, it seems my fiance and i both experienced bug bites of some kind on our legs. we believe they came from the bedding or the bed itself. Perhaps fleas. There were no lights on the stairs up to the house, and found them to be a little dangerous. The other thing i found was the air filter for the air conditioner. It was very dirty, causing the unit to freeze up.  I changed it after i found a box of new filters in the closet. Out of all the issues i would definitely look into the bed situation, as well as the stairs.  I wouldnt want anyone else having a similar experience.

I loved that it was close to the beach but not right on the beach

The location was great and kitchen had all the necessary cookware needed for food preparation and dining.

The shower head in the small bathroom water flow was very restricted...difficult to rinse off.
