The TV streaming service on screen verbatim: "We've detected a problem activating your service." If the problem persists, please inform your property management. We apologize for the inconvenience". It persisted from day one 11/4 through 11/10. Property management was contacted twice on 11/5. The first individual just wanted me, the customer, to call the provider and work it out. The second individual, 6 hours later, seemed more helpful, but nothing occurred and no follow up call or text. We did have WiFi access through the same routers, so it was not an outage issue. I believe a monetary compensation is due to me. We had two days of weather preventing spending them on the beach. A TV diversion would have been nice.

There was plenty of room. Two decks. Outdoor hot shower. Pet friendly.

Very dated. Poor upkeep, cracking paint, dusty, stains.

Proximity to both the beach and the lighthouse was nice. Its location is what I was looking for. Buxton is quaint and friendly. The area restaurants were great. The neighborhood was quiet.

The Yellowfin queen mattresses were cheap, uncomfortable, and I did not sleep well the whole week. The living room furniture is also uncomfortable. The freezer's ice maker was broken. The half bath on the first floor had a noticeable septic smell. We had to program the cable remote to control the TV.

The location is excellent! Easy stroll to the beach and the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. The unit was clean.

The unit is well maintained but dated. The beds and couch are well worn and not so comfortable. There must be a pillow shortage as the Reality company absolutely refused to give us 2 extra pillows. So we made pillows out of the sheets and towels as there was a generous supply of them. we had no blankets but the extra sheets kept us warm.

The location was wonderful !

Need some new pans and the draws need some cleaning in the kitchen. Also it would be nice to have a tv in the bedroom too. Otherwise very good.

I thought the unit was very clean. The gentleman that cleaned our facility was very pleasant, and stated the if we needed anything to let them know. Very professional.

Thought the couch was a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was great.
