Unfortunately I can't tell what I like since I wasn't able to go to the room .Never received a code and they never responded my phone calls to get the code.

The fact that they charged me but I never received a code to get to the apartment and calls were never answered. Never had this type of experience with a hotel.

The location is excellent.

The bed was super uncomfortable, no extra blankets for the pullout couch and the comforter smelled so bad we couldn’t use it. Definitely not comfortable for a family. Also; the internet was poor at best.

It was clean

I got the hotel after long trip my code for the room was not ready because according to them i did not pay . Very sad

Location was great and as an unaccompanied female traveler I felt safe staying here. A short walk to the beach was nice. Proximity to restaurants and local attractions was very good.

I did not like that I did not get the accommodations that I expected. The room that is advertised was not the room that I was given at check-in. The room was advertised as Room #2, a 1 bedroom (~400 sf) studio with a full size bed, couch, full kitchen, and dining room table. However, I got Room #2A which was MUCH smaller (~250 sf) and only has a full size bed, twin size bed, fridge/microwave. There was no full kitchen, couch, or dining table. I contacted Booking.com and they reached out to the host to see if they would offer an adjusted rate for the much smaller room and missing amenities (kitchen, couch, dining table). The host replied saying that they would not offer any portion of my money back. Disappointing.
