The room overall was great. The furniture and baseboards were dusty and there was sand on the floor upon arrival. Overall, great location, views, and stay.

This condo is an extraordinary unit! Clean, great communication with owners who went above and beyond to meet our needs. Love the two balconies and corner unit! It’s on the 18th floor which gave us an amazing view of the beach. The elevators were fast and efficient. The pools are so many! Indoor and outdoor! Highly endorse this vacation spot!

Condo and location was perfect. Room had a great view of North Myrtle Beach. Close to beach activities - parasailing and banana boat rides(within walking distance up the beach). Communication with owner was great.

Let me start with “Wow!” and we’ve already booked for next year! The views: Amazing, and honestly, I don’t think you’ll find a better one. Cleanliness: 10 stars! The condo was spotless when we arrived. Description: Exactly as advertised, and more. Kitchen was well-stocked with newer appliances and cooking utensils. Host responsiveness: 10 stars, again! Jonathan was responsive, 110% helpful, and provided all information we needed to have a great week. Baywatch complex amenities: Top notch. Pools, hot tubs, family-friendly. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for sharing their “home away from home” with us and we can’t wait to return next year!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids ages 7, 5 and 2). It had everything we could have wanted and the updated dining bench seating was a pleasant surprise. You can not beat the views in this place! Being a corner unit provided lots of natural lighting and views of the ocean. Beautiful at sunrise and sunset! Coffee on the balcony in the morning was my favorite. Jonathan was super responsive and friendly as well. We felt right at home staying here, would definitely book again!

We have stayed in Myrtle Beach a few times, and this is by far the best condo we have stayed at so far. The pictures did not do it justice. The size, the way the bedrooms were, the two bathrooms, the kitchen. I could go on and on. Jonathan from day one was just an excellent host. Answered all questions I ever had. We arrived on a Saturday and to our surprise, it was biker weekend. When I say I was ready to turn around and go home, that was an understatement. Once we got upstairs and opened the door. Everything changed. I swear this unit is sound proof, which was perfect, because those bikers partied until 5 am Saturday and Sunday. After that, it was so quite and our family had a blast (even with the not so great weather). I 💯 recommend staying in this unit. It’s perfect for everyone and has every single thing you can think of. Trust me when I say, you will not be disappointed!

Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, we had Everything we needed in the condo and the view was fabulous. Lots of things to do, mini golf, barefoot landing, good restaurants.

The location and floor of the condo was fantastic!! Our host Jonathan and his wife kept great communication with us and arranged a lovely welcome gift to celebrate my wife's recent retirement. The facilities were wonderful and staff extremely friendly. The condo was spotless and master bed was comfy!! Definitely looking to come again.

Enjoyed this lovely condo, location,beach, lots of restaurants, easy shopping and golf courses near by. Kitchen well stocked, all your needs. The floors could be due for a wash, bring slippers!!! The ocean view spectacular!!!!

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this unit. Everyting was clean and in good condition. Being on the 18th floor we had the best oceanfront view in Baywatch. We especially like that both bedrooms have a balcony, in addition to the main balcony off the living room. This unit easily accommodated a week of fun family experiences, as well as room for the kids and adults to have our separate spaces when desired. The owner was very responsive throughout the life of our booking. We highly recommended this property to future North Myrtle Beach vacationers!

Walking up to the best view possible, everyday you will be in a great mood! Having a washer and dryer in the unit made it super convenient. We will definitely be returning!

Great place . would rent again. Only 1 washcloth for 4 people. Probably linen company fault. Floors needed good vacuuming. 9 out of 10.

Bay Watch 1802 is a beautiful corner unit condo providing wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room, dining room and BOTH bedrooms. Unit contains very comfortable bedding, with a Sleep Number king size bed in the master bedroom and two full size beds in the 2nd bedroom. Master suite also includes a very large walk-in shower. Living room provides leather seating for five, a nice size smart TV and a beautiful ocean view to the left when the commercials air during your favorite television program. You like to cook? Well, you’ll have a very well equipped kitchen including a waffle maker, a Power XL grill and top shelf cookware. Overall unit is nicely decorated in a textured bluish-green color scheme. Don’t miss the 2nd bedroom closet hidden behind the bedroom door as the owner provides all the beach equipment you’ll need. Speaking of the owner, Jonathan was an absolute pleasure to work with, with easy communication, and a real desire for customer service who wants to make sure you are happy with your stay. The resort building itself provides wonderful amenities including multiple indoor & outdoor pools, indoor lazy river & gym. Also includes a very efficient and well working elevator system to the 18th floor, one below the penthouse suites. I only give it a five star rating because it wouldn’t let me go higher. Restaurant suggestions: Molly Darcy’s , Grumpy Monk, Putter’s Pub, Boardwalk Billy’s, Hamburger Joe’s, J. Peters Grill & Bar for Early Bird Specials.

The condo was great. Wonderful views from everywhere. Owner was prompt to answer any questions and easy to deal with.Amenities at this place were nice also. Good family place. I gave a less than 5 stars on one spot only because the parking at least for us was not convenient. It was in a garage across the street and a block away. But a minor issue overall.

This condo was very clean and had everything we could've possibly needed. The view was the best part. 4 Teenagers 14,15,18 enjoyed the pools and ice cream shop. We all enjoyed the warm waves in the ocean. Plenty to do nearby too.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Jonathan’s condo. The whole process was extremely easy from start to finish. The actual condo was incredibly clean and comfortable. We love the convenience of being able to do laundry while there. The set up of the individual towers was super convenient to be able to just hop on the elevator to go directly down to the entrance of the indoor and outdoor pool area (which also has multiple beach access points). The balcony’s are amazing, and we loved that on an extremely hot week there was a nice breeze to cool us down. I can not say enough good things about Jonathan! It was a great week! We will definitely be back.
