Size and layout of the house was exceptional. Love the huge log beams. Would be interesting knowing the history of the house..Plenty of parking. Proximity to stores was great. Comfortable beds and furniture. Views were amazing and the huge boulders were great for hiking and plaay. Everything was in good working condition. Upstairs loft was a huge plus with us having 4 kids.

Kitchen area was small and lighting not bright enough. Need higher wattage. Water temp at sinks much too hot. Turn down the thermostat. Dishwasher is not attached properly to wall. When loading both drawers you need to be careful as entire dishwasher could fall out from the wall. Hot tub temp also much too hot to enjoy especially for the kids. They were in there a few minutes and had to get out. Skin was red and they felt overheated. No one wanted to use it after that which was a big disappointment. The area around the outside of the house could use a good cleaning up as the weeds are taking over the beauty of the entrance and in the back. Rattlesnakes are always a concern. There were some ants in the downstairs bedroom so we bought ant spray which seemed to help. Don't know where they were coming in from.
