Because of its low profile and weight when closed, it is very maneuverable and good on gas milage. It requires tow vehicle to have a 2" ball (I can lend you mine if needed). Our trailer has been fabric treated regularly and won't leak a single drop even in the wildest rainfalls. No smoking in this trailer please!
