This was a wonderful and pleasantly surprising spacious home. The views of the lake from the living and dining room was amazing at both sunrise and sunset. The home was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend.

The view is what this house is all about. The beds, pillows, etc were comfortable and cozy.
There are some things that the property managers could/should take care of. I recognize that it rains and can get muddy from Mud Bay, however, when people have rented to stay there, it seems that the outside adirondack chairs need some TLC as does the main floor bathroom. There was also a window blind in the back bedroom that feel off, when we tried to lift it up.
Otherwise, the house well appointed and the view is magnificent.

Loved our stay, very spacious and comfortable. Our family enjoyed the deck and hammock. Loved the big dining table for family dinners.
Just wish we could have had some kayaks or canoes at the house.
Would recommend this location.

The location was convenient, the views from the living space were beautiful, and the house was nicely furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen. We would stay here again. An earlier review noted that the beds were uncomfortable, but the reviewer was not specific. The mattresses were firm and comfortable, so no complaints as we don't like sleeping on marshmallows.

We loved this house and its location, marred only by its bad beds. The master bedroom was so awful that I dreaded going to bed & would toss & turn all night. My son reported that the couch was better than the gameroom bed. But the outdoor furniture was wonderful and kitchen was well stocked. The view was outstanding and it was easy to drop kayaks into the bay from the property. Horrible to pay this kind of money & not be able to sleep! Other than the beds issue, this is an outstanding home.

We loved this house and its location, marred only by its bad beds. The master bedroom was so awful that I dreaded going to bed & would toss & turn all night. My son reported that the couch was better than the gameroom bed. But the outdoor furniture was wonderful and kitchen was well stocked. The view was outstanding and it was easy to drop kayaks into the bay from the property. Horrible to pay this kind of money & not be able to sleep! We loved this house. It was our first time staying in the south end of the island and we loved the quiet. I spent quite a bit of time too sling around Mud Bay. Best part was cocktails on the deck at water level.

We had a wonderful time for our first visit to the San Juan's. Very pleased with the house and property - perfect for our stay. Beautiful view!!
We did receive instructions about how to use the hot tub but no hot tub on the property.

Greatly enjoyed our time here overlooking Mud Bay. We were treated to a pair of eagles putting on an aerial acrobatic show just off our deck that seemed to go on forever. There is plenty of parks and hikes within just a few minutes. If you brought your own kayaks it would be an way to base your explorations.
