This was our third multi-week stay at Shauna and Mario’s property, and it continues to be one of our absolute favorite places to stay. They are incredibly kind, welcoming hosts who genuinely make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.The location is perfect — close to everything you could need in the greater Denver area, yet it somehow feels completely removed from the hustle and bustle. The neighborhood is peaceful, charming, and very walkable, with easy access to nearby walking trails that made it easy to enjoy the outdoors every day.The house itself is wonderfully comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen is INCREDIBLY well stocked, especially if you enjoy cooking — high-quality pots, pans, and everything you could possibly need. We also loved waking up to bird calls in the mornings, enjoying the farm fresh eggs, and relaxing at night with the great TV setup and endless channel options.It’s just a truly lovely place to spend time, and we already look forward to coming back again.

We absolutely love staying here! This was our second visit, and we’ve already booked again for the spring because it’s just that special. Shauna and Mario are truly exceptional hosts — warm, thoughtful, and always going way above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. You can feel how much care they put into every detail.The kitchen is honestly the best-stocked of any VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. Every tool, gadget, pan, spice, and staple you could possibly need is already there — cooking here is a dream. It feels like staying with incredibly organized friends who thought of everything.My daughter is obsessed with the goats, chickens, dogs, and all the birds visiting the feeders. She wakes up excited every morning just to go say hi to everyone. It’s such a sweet, wholesome bonus that makes the whole place feel magical.The location is ideal — tucked in a peaceful, relaxed, low-key neighborhood that feels wonderfully quiet and private, yet it’s only about 10 minutes from the heart of Centennial/Parker. You get the best of both worlds.We couldn’t recommend this place more. Shauna and Mario make it feel like home, and we can’t wait to come back!

Shauna and Mario are amazing and have created a very comfortable, special and well stocked space! We stayed here with our grandchildren, they had a blast while we made treasured memories. Shauna and Mario were welcoming to extended family to stop in for visits. Shauna really took her time to make us feel welcome, show us around the farm, shared a wealth of knowledge and the kids loved her! We appreciated all the little extras...snacks, drinks, an extremely well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and pillows, laundry essentials, night lights and their use of motion lighting was a special touch. It was quite, the beds were comfortable, water was hot and we had great water pressure. The location is convenient and very beautiful! We hope to stay here next time we are visiting our son and definitely would recommend to anyone staying in the area especially with children. Shauna and Mario are so very accommodating, great people with an amazing place!
