Hyatt Place Ottawa West

everythink is good

nothing

Wide hallways, accessibility Lots of towels

There should be more disabled parking The sofa still had pet hair And had a bit of a smell Throw pillows were old - could do without it Curtain was askew at one end

The location, staff helpfulness was excellet

Our room did not smell fresh when we arrived. Smelled damp and had an odor that might indicate the carpet was not clean. The free breakfast was a nightmare….so many people and children you could hardy get what you wanted. Toaster very slow…Children running all through the room and along the buffet area. The hotel had an overflow room because there was no seating anywhere in the actual breakfast area. The overflow room had no salt and pepper, ketchup…condiments. I had an extremely nice staff person get these items for us.

The breakfast was amazing!
