The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean.

I had originally booked a room with two queen beds, but upon arrival we got a king bed and a crappy pullout couch. The pull out was small, and was not overly comfortable. I had booked the queen room because I was travelling with a friend. Ultimately, we weren't very happy that one of us had to sleep on the single pullout couch. Especially for the cost of the room. When I brought it up to the staff, they could not switch us because there were no other rooms available. So not only did I pay an exorbitant amount for a room that I did not book, I could not have the issue rectified.

We loved the room. We loved the pool and gym.

We didn’t like that the communal areas of the breakfast nook were not available outside of the breakfast time to use. We were two big families and we wanted a place to sit and chat that wasn’t on the floor of our rooms. We ended up using the space outside the breakfast nook and it was fine but it felt a bit like we shouldn’t have been there. I had asked for adjoining rooms and it wasn’t possible so finding a space that we could all be in was tricky. We also would have loved to be able to see the bees - perhaps a live stream could be set up? Just a suggestion.

La propreté et l’aspect « neuf »

L’accueil du personnel qui ne parle pas vraiment anglais ni français… Canapé lit prévu mais non fait ni équipe de drap housse et couette… Un groupe de très jeunes enfants au niveau du deuxième étage qui étaient bruyants dans les couloirs jusqu’à une heure très tardive (2h du matin!) Petit déjeuné non organisé pour le nombre de personnes dans l’hôtel…

Great location close to Bayshore mall. Nice place with a restaurant on the site. Rooms are clean, and beds are comfy. Great place for families.

Room service is a little bit slow. I talked to the receptionist a few times before I got a room service. The pool is small and needs to be cleaned often. The fridge is very small and no utensils are available in the room.

Located just off the highway, clean,nice,comfortable and cozy rooms with everything you need included Also includes a good breakfast with a good variety of hot and cold things to eat and drink. Also theres and nice restaurant called the brew which is right infront of the hotel we ordered dinner from there and the food was great and conveniently located
