This house is the best! The best views of anywhere we have ever stayed. First time to Edisto Beach and it did not disappoint. Very laid back but is exactly what we like. House is great location to grocery and resturants. WE didnt want to leave. We will be back for sure! oh yea, house was very clean and had everything we needed. Porch was awesome.

I can't say enough about the awesomeness of this place - right on the beach, with a grocery store, ice cream shop, coffee shop, gift shop, and restaurant all within walking distance. The beach house itself is comfortable - open concept with a big screen TV in the living room area - great for afternoon movies to avoid the middle-of-the-day heat and a large dining table with bar stools facing the open counter in the kitchen, which had any small appliance you might need. Plenty of room for our whole family to eat meals together! The grandkids enjoyed the room with the bunkbed and trundle bed - a week long sleepover. This was our first beach vacation. I appreciated the email information and reminders of what to bring and do. I felt like I was being walked through planning the vacation to make it a truly memorable time. Any questions I had were answered quickly. We did have an issue when we arrived. The code would not work to unlock the door. I called the number that was given and had to leave a message. When I called back in a minute or two, it was answered and a customer service rep immediately remotely unlocked the door. I even got a call back a little while later to make sure the code was still working! I would definitely recommend I-Land Style for anyone going to the beach for the first time or if you just want a place to be able to sit on a nice deck and watch the water or meander along looking for shells. Truly a place to make memories.

First time in Edisto. The house was wonderful; really enjoyed the nice furniture on the deck and being able to put dogs on the deck so they could see us but still be contained. It was a great vacation. The beds were especially comfortable. I usually have trouble sleeping but the extra memory foam topper was a treat. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have a pantry to put our groceries rather than setting them all over the counter and table. The master walk in shower was nice and big; really enjoyed my hot showers. We enjoyed the cornhole boards as we did not have room to bring ours. Stores were within walking distance. Loved having a fridge with an icemaker. The big storm rolled in on Friday so being able to pack up under the house via the deck stairs was a lifesaver. It was really nice to have shower and hose easily accessible from coming the beach to wash off. The only negative was the beach access; it was a steep climb over the dune but we managed. This is not the fault of the home owner. I wish the Edisto leash law was a litte more flexible; we got a warning for having our lab off the leash at 7am in the morning with no one on the beach but us. Again, not the fault of the home owner. Overall, we would come again and this is a perfect beach front home.

This open concept home with comfortable beds and furnishings is a perfect place to gather with family and friends. The beach is steps away for easy access. Watch the kids on the beach from the large deck. It's a peaceful, low key, low stress way to relax. The icing on the cake? Being able to walk to the stores, restaurant, coffee and ice cream shop!

This was our fifth vacation in the house, and each time we love it more. The property is well situated close to the grocery store and restaurants and, of course, directly on the most beautiful beach. We love waking up every morning and walking our dog on the beach, which, at this time of year, is very quiet. The covered porch is perfect for lounging and even has a gate that can be latched for safety of pets. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. The indoor and outdoor furniture is stylish and comfortable, and the television in the family room is huge and offers many channels. The house is well-suited for a family or for couples. We'll be back next year!

We love the porch! We observed a sea turtle come to lay her eggs right in front of us!

This has by far been one of our favorite rentals. The owner was very kind and accommodating. The house was spotless with an enormous deck overlooking the ocean. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, sand toys, beach chairs and lots of pretty party lights on the deck and below in the grill area. The kids loved the party lights and bunk beds. We had a fantastic time celebrating our fathers 81st birthday. Thank you to the hosts.

This home is comfortable with everything you need to have a relaxing vacation PLUS an absolutely incredible view of the ocean! My family and I (& our two dogs) had a fantastic time in this home and have already booked a week for next year!
