We had a pleasant stay! Celeste at the front lobby was incredibly nice, accommodating, and kind. She was always smiling and went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. Her customer service was truly excellent and definitely made our stay more enjoyable.
My only comment would be regarding the room cleaning. I noticed a small amount of shaved hair on the bathroom wall. Since I was already using the bathroom, I simply cleaned it myself. It wasn’t a major issue, but hopefully the housekeeping team can pay a little more attention to those details.

The convenience to Downtown Napa. The facilities and the staff. An absolutely amazing stay.

Best margarita; excellent bar food; excellent service.
Extremely overpriced for amenities. Restaurant area had zero atmosphere and furnished like a cheap cafeteria.
