Oh my goodness, the hotel way exceeded my expectations. It is so clean and beautifully decorated. The bed and linens were wonderful. We really enjoyed the rain shower head! Everyone was so nice and so much water! The valets were friendly and just great. Breakfast delivered from Snooze was delicious.
I don't think there was anything we didn't like. The alarm clock/noise machine in our room was not there. But we didn't need an alarm anyway.

Comfortable beds, amazing staff (including the valets), bustling area with lots to do.
When we checked in, we were told we would receive a free alcoholic beverage from the Terminal Bar, but when we tried to get the drink at the bar, we were told the policy had changed.

Timothy was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing information and assistance to our room and about the hotel.
Some of the people in the station/ hotel lobby were smoking marijuana in an area where no smoking is allowed at all.

Very nice property. Nicer during the day.
The rooms didn’t have enough light, the AC was unpredictable. A lot of money to spend for for the price.
