We had a great time staying at this property! The heated pool, the view and the quiet neighborhood. Perfection! The kitchen is fully equipped with anything and everything you may need. Including a toaster, keurig and a good old drip coffee maker. Both of the king bed size rooms have the pool view and access. Cape Coral is a beautiful area with access to many beaches and fishing grounds. You will need a car to get around but the grocery store and restaurants are located close by. The master bedroom’s bed is really tall just a heads up if you are a shorter person you will need assistance to get on. Wish that the check in was at the standard 4pm vs the 5pm. The property manager was very gracious and showed us around the property on our second day. Check out time was before 10am.

The house was very nice and the back yard/pool faced west so you have a sunset every day. Jens was the host and very responsive. The weather was cool for Florida but the pool was fine and I was able to swim 10 out of 14 days (it has a cover). The cookware stainless steel and was so much better than our previous rental the weeks before. The bedrooms have blackout curtains on the window walls going to the patio so I didn't wake up at the crack of dawn. Again the location was excellent.

Enjoyed our stay. House was perfect. Even got to see dolphins one day. Would rent again

Gorgeous location. Excellent accommodation! Super clean and relaxing.
