The location can not be better. The appartment is directly in city center. Everything you need is within 5 mins walk. There is elevator. The view from the appartment is also great.
The appartment is old and lack of renovation. But it is not bad. I think it was also fair price compare to other options with similar location. Maybe it was only for my stey, the wash machine was not clean. I suggest the landloard to take a look and change a new one if neccessary.

Emplacement très bien placé,
Localisation très bien
Appartement traversant avec une vue plage, et vue ville, très agréable
Manque du mobilier extérieur pour manger, et pour se détendre sur les deux terrasses

L’espace. La vue et la terrasse.
L’emplacement, permettant l’accès à tout.
Le parking en bas de l’immeuble.
