The location was good near the centre of the village and not far from Alton towers. The staff at breakfast were very kind and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast. The choice was good. The beds were quite comfortable. The size of the room was good. It was warm.
Arriving at night we struggled to find our way in the dark, turns out there was two car parks. It was a bit dated and the pillows were not soft. The curtains didn’t block the light well.

Location to the venue that we were visiting during the day was ideal.
There were issues with a blocked toilet & a stuck plug hole for one of our party in room 12.

Very pretty gardens
Not everything was ready at 8am for breakfast but not any bother to sort when asked.

The staff were friendly & the included breakfast was great.
There was no working Wi-fi or TV, which we weren't told prior to arriving.
The showers had quite a lot of damp/mould around the ceiling & corners.
The mattress springs were incredibly uncomfortable.
