I love the character of the property . The staff are so lovely and they know my name now . Always time to have a chat with me . I get to stay in a regular room each time I’m down . It’s so comfortable and cosy .

The starry were amazing. Thank you Mary for such a warm welcome and everything we needed
The Bank House is an old building so its not what we didn't like. The bathroom was a bit dated but did its job.

The area was lovely, the hotel was lovely and the staff were kind friendly and were very nice.
Loved the room i stayed in and the bed was exceptionally comfy. Definitely going back again in October and I would love to have the same room again only for 3 nights.

Room only at the very top of the hotel. A very old part of the hotel up two flights of stairs. Location was great, ideal for exploring the town.
Hotel not suitable for people who are not physically fit. For the price paid the room was a bit shabby. Staff were lovely though. I think the hotel has a great opportunity to be better.
