This is a great place! Very comfortable, cozy, well decorated. The only down side is road noise and homeless people making noise at night (never felt unsafe) but that goes along with being downtown. Very well stocked, quick with communication, and overall highly recommend. Will definitely stay again!

The loft was amazing and was equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. This was our second time staying in one of Karen’s properties and we were not disappointed. We can’t wait to try out another one!

Our first time in Bristol and the property exceeded our expectations! The location is central to everything, it is fully stocked with all you need, it is very clean and the communication w/ the property manager was outstanding. We could not have had a better time and would only consider this property if we were to visit again. As for activities - Creeper trail, Comedy Club, Rooftop bar and Blackbird Bakery were all outstanding!

Karen’s apartment was the perfect cozy hideaway while festing in town for the weekend! By far one of the best appointed and decorated places we’ve rented and location can’t be beat 😀 we will definitely be staying here again!

What an absolutely wonderful place to stay. We would give 10 stars if it would be possible. We have stayed in 50+ vacation rental units, and none compare to the attention to detail that Karen has displayed in her ideally located loft on State Street in Bristol. Everything was simply perfect from the condition of the unit, the cleanliness, and the amenities. The care taken with this 100+ year old building is remarkable. Karen was so attentive and communicative. Come and enjoy. A private parking space is provided and easy check-in as well.

Absolutely the best place to stay. Very Clean, comfortable beds and couches, and stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Karen stayed in close contact with me and answered any questions I had with quick response. It's the best place I've ever stayed and will be the first place I look for my next trip back.

We were in town for a wedding and it was the PERFECT location. We were able to walk everywhere. The loft was SUPER clean and well stocked with everything needed. Our whole group would definitely stay again next time we are in the area! 10/10 recommend this beautiful space!

This location is perfect to enjoy all that Bristol has to offer! We met friends in Bristol for a fun weekend getaway and this loft if wonderful -- convenient, comfortable and just perfect!
Easy to walk to great food and drinks -- we enjoyed BBQ at Southern Craft BBQ one night -- food and drinks the next night at the rooftop bar at the Bristol Hotel and then breakfast before heading home at Bloom.
We spent Saturday in Damascus enjoying the Creeper Trail and exploring the quaint town -- post ride drinks at the Appalachian Heritage Distillery -- then before heading home enjoyed a nice hike on the Moneta Trail.

This was an incredible place to stay for our anniversary. We had never stayed in a loft on a trip and this was a new positive experience. My wife usually cleans anywhere we stay but this unit was immaculately clean. You have a dedicated parking spot right behind the unit and that was a plus.The decorating and the furniture was top notch...no cheap yard sale furniture here. The mural of downtown Bristol was incredible with all things musical including instruments around the unit were so cool. When you're a former music educator and musician you feel right at home. The host had taken care of every detail so that you could bring groceries and stay. The loft was located near great restaurants, recreation, ice cream, shopping, and bakeries. There is live music and plays at several venues nearby. We literally fell in love with Bristol and the towns in the surrounding area and will be back to enjoy hiking, bike riding and fishing. Thanks again to Karen for a great place. We would rate it 10 stars if we could.

This is an amazing loft. Well planned out and you could not ask for better people to lease this from. They met everything a person could need for a special stay. You are located in the middle of everything and there is something for everyone to do. Will be back for every visit to Bristol area.

We were forced to find a new place to stay for the race weekends when our old place did. It reopen after Covid. We found this property and we are so happy we did and we have been coming back every year. She has several lofts and each one is beautiful. Modern amenities and all the comforts of home while still maintaining the character of the building. Karen always had the lofts spotless and fully stocked with anything you could need for a night, week or more. Right in downtown Bristol with lots to do within walking distance. Looking forward to returning next year ‘

This property was absolutely beautiful. It is a two-story loft in a 100 year old historic building, it has been lovingly restored and impeccably furnished! It was so much fun to explore the downtown area and surroundings; however, we couldn’t wait each night to get back to our loft to relax and catch up on our girls weekend! Highly recommend, excellent hosts as well. The place was fully outfitted to make for a wonderful stay!

Hosts are very gracious, and provide ample supplies that you need in case you forget something. Loft is very clean and very spacious beautiful decor plenty of space to relax and hang out. Full-size kitchen for a cooking indoors or a walking distance to several very nice restaurants and bakeries Coffee shop right outside the loft highly recommend this as a place to stay we will definitely be back

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect weekend anniversary trip! The loft was beautiful and so well furnished! Karen has put so much thought into this property down to extra toothbrushes, a great selection of coffees and teas, and she even came in clutch when I discovered I had forgotten my makeup removal wipes!!! Such a wonderful experience in Bristol!

What a great place right in heart of everything Bristol has to offer. Karen and Monica have done an amazing job restoring this historic building. The loft was not only decorated with true and unique character but they have provided every convenience that you could/would ever want. We were just steps away from all the restaurants, shops, Pubs and Birthplace of Country Music Museum. We learned all about the Bristol Sessions that were recorded in 1927, which were the real beginnings of country music. Who knew; move over Nashville. We even got to see the Worlds top Women's Pool/Billiards playing in a tournament right across the street from the loft at Borderline Billiards. We had a great time. Highly recommended, Y’all come!

We visit Bristol quite a bit and usually stay at a hotel, this downtown loft was a great find and was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and just such a charming place to stay, when available we will be booking as our home away from home! The host is by far the best host of all the VRBOs we’ve stay at, her communication with details is extremely professional! We highly recommend that you book your stay here when visiting the Bristol area.

Bristol Beauty
Had an enjoyable stay at Bristol for the second time. It’s a great place for us to stop over for a few days as we travel from Nashville TN to Luray VA. We like balancing out our stay between Bristol and Abington. Mixing fine dining with local bars and burger joints gives us the vibe we enjoy. The people are friendly and always ready to give you tips on places to go. Ending our nights on the roof top bar of Bristol Hotel reminds us of the beauty Bristol offers while watching the sun paint the sky as it sets behind the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.

Exceptional
I have stayed in quite a few VRBO properties and while I’ve never been disappointed this property was far and away my favorite. To say Karen thinks of everything is an understatement. And while we enjoyed shopping and dining in downtown Bristol the loft is so amazing it was a treat just being there. I hope to get back again and highly recommend it to anyone that’s going to be in Bristol area.

Our family enjoyed the Bristol loft over the thanksgiving holidays! The unit was very clean and comfortable. Lots of little extras provided by the host made us feel right at home! The decor was dreamy!! We hope to be back!

Out of all the places I've stayed this is by far the nicest. It was just like we went to someone else's home to stay. There were drinks in the refrigerator and snacks and soaps in the kitchen and bathroom. The property was spotless and in a great location for State Street in Bristol. We will definitely be returning. The Host communicated well with us and asked if we needed anything. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful loft.
