Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Besides the beds being a little hard (I sleep on a cloud at home) this was a GREAT place to stay! Incredibly close to the beach, wonderful view, and comfy/home away from home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay - loved being right on the beach. The bed on the main level, however, was uncomfortable. Could feel the springs. More storage in main level bathroom would be helpful for those staying in the main level bedroom. The bathroom vanity below took up all the storage space with the towels. Liked how nice and bright the living area was with the side window. Pool/hot tub area was super clean.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Seafarer and have stayed in multiple units over the years, but this was our first time in unit 201. From the pictures the unit looks well maintained but this unfortunately was not the case upon checkin. The carpet is extremely worn and heavily stained throughout the unit, the dining room chairs have slip covers over them that are incredibly dirty and the chairs underneath were destroyed. The bathtub in very shallow and did not have a drain cover so it was not usable. The kitchen was not stocked with cooking utensils, there was only 1 plastic cooking spoon. The freezer would pop open every time the refrigerator was opened. The blinds in the guest bedroom were broken and had a hole in them where anyone from outside could look in (we covered this hole with a hand towel during our stay) we would’ve requested to be moved to another unit, but we knew there were no other 2 bedroom units available during our stay. We definitely would not recommend unit 201.
