Welcome to this beautiful three story condo building located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Step right out your door and walk to the Beautiful Beach. You will have your own private beach that is never crowded like the other high rise condo’s in the area. And you will have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your personal use each morning during the summer months. Take the elevator to this spacious end unit, second-floor condo featuring tile flooring thru-out. It has 1 bedroom with king size bed and 1 bath. You have your own washer and dryer in the condo, a hallway alcove with bunk beds, free WIFI, and a fully equipped updated kitchen with granite counter tops. The living/dining room offers a nice wet bar. You can walk out to your private balcony overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico! Play in the beachfront heated pool and whirlpool or step out onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Just as advertised. Very clean, right on the beach, great beach chair/umbrella service. Great view of the ocean from our patio. No complaints at all. We would definitely stay here again.

I love this room, but unless it gets a new matress and couch, I won't be able to stay in it again. I was there for 9 nights and I had to sleep on the floor for 6 of them because of how soft/wore out the matress was. I actually did the same thing last year, but I decided to give it a 2nd chance. The couch is the same way, worn out and unconfortable, had to bring in one of the Adirondack high chairs off balcony to sit on. Another problem was opening and closing the door, the door closer is worn out and droops stopping the door from opening or closing. I guess an engineer inspected the building and determined that the facility needs the support columns replaced, so the jacking and temporary columns were being added during our stay. I wish I could give a higher rating of my stay, because this was my 18 straight year staying here, but I'm sorry to say I can't. I guess my wife and I will probably have to find a different place to stay in the 's a shame, because I love the location and the people in the office and associated with this facility.
