BONORUM De Spuches

Sehr zentral , super Lage , ruhig

Reinkommen schwierig , zu viel Technik für mein Geschmack. Wurde per wattsapp kontaktiert , kein Personal , hab geklingelt , ohne Erfolg . Hab dann ein Code bekommen um die Schlüssel zu bekommen . Kompliziert

Nice apartment, spacious room, confortable bed and pillows. Enough confort to spend a few days getting to know the beutiful Palermo. Confort in a good area. Staff very kind every moment for any help

Good location, next to many and safe parking places, easy check-in comfortable bed

The shower was little

the position was great and in a nice neighborhood. air conditioning was fundamental. also the fridge and the complimentary water.

I definitely didn’t like the shower: one door was missing and was replaced with a filthy pink curtain and the remaining door was broken, fixed with some tape. It was obviously broken for a while. Also, upon arriving the sink and the bidet were blocked and I had to call the property (since they only use whatsapp and couldn’t make a normal call) which said that the previous client broke them… I solved the issue but after 2 days someone came to fix it without notifying and turned off the air conditioning, we were boiling!!! the door handle was loose and there were not the same amenities showed in the pictures… it just seems that the place wasn’t taken care of since they still are always fully booked.
