Helt grei beliggenhet, med tanke på at i LA så bør man ha bil for å komme seg rundt. Metro var heller ikke så langt unna. Praktisk med parkeringsplass i kjellergarasje med direkte tilgang fra heis. Godt utstyrt kjøkken og vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Fint med balkong og en flott takterrasse.

TV boksen var ikke på plass når vi kom, og det tok et par dager før det var i orden. Men det vil forhåpentligvis ikke gjelde neste gjest. Godt med restauranter i nærheten, men litt for langt å gå for å kunne komme seg til en ordentlig matbutikk.

Great, convenient location close to attractions and freeway access. Plenty of convenience stores within walking distance. Enjoyed the culture of Koreatown in downtown Los Angeles. Never felt unsafe. Host Chinar was extremely patient, accommodating, and insightful.

The only issue we had was that the parking spaces were extremely narrow, so you have to be careful with doors. Our rental was dinged by the car in the neighboring stall. What would make this a 10/10 accommodation would be an upgrade to the beds, bedding, and pillows. The beds and pillows are really poor quality, you can feel every spring and bump, we did not get great sleep because of this. If they improved this one aspect, it would be a phenomenal accommodation.

Leider roch es in beiden Appartments wirklich sehr schlimm. Wir bekamen das Angebot in ein anderes Appartement in eine andere Etage umzuziehen. Dieser Umzug hat sich fast über einen ganzen Tag hingezogen. Der Kontakt war teilweise sehr nett, wir wurden aber immer wieder hin gehalten. Bzw. wurde uns stundenlang nicht geantwortet. Diesen Urlaubstag und die bereits gebuchten Touren hat uns keiner ersetzt. Hätten wir gewusst, dass es im zweiten Appartement eine kurze Zeit nach der Reinigung genauso schrecklich gerochen hat, wären wir nicht umgezogen!! Im ersten Appartement hatte ein Schlafraum kein Fenster im zweiten Appartement war ständig die Toilette verstopft. Es stand neben der Toilette ein Pömpel, das lässt darauf schließen, daß das Problem bereits bekannt war!! In dem ersten Appartement stand dieser nicht neben der Toilette. Wir hatten Tag und Nacht alle Fenster geöffnet. Leider nützte dies nichts!! Uns war dauerhaft übel!! Die Kleidung, einfach alles, stank!! In der Bettwäsche waren Haare von anderen Gästen!!! Alles sehr gruselig!!

This was truly an amazing place to stay, and when we are back on business we will look to rent here first! It’s perfect for business travelers that have two individuals that med their own space. Bonus the washer and dryer came in clutch!

While we brought several mobile hotspots, the WiFi for the apartment/room was not available. Second, I would not at all recommend using the iron ~ I used it on a white cotton shirt of mine and whatever was on the back of the iron transferred and ruined my shirt :(

La situation, les équipements de la cuisine, la propreté du logement

Le bruit, le bruit et encore le bruit. Aucune isolation tant au dessus que à côté. On avait l impression de vivre avec ses voisins dans la même pièce et le pire était les voisins du dessus qui était extrêmement bruyant. Il était impossible de dormir avant 2h00 du matin et nous étions réveillé des 6h00 par les cris des enfants du dessus qui courait dans l appartement. J ai signalé le problème à notre concierge mais rien n a été fait pour autant.

숙소가 신축이고 코리아 타운에 위치해 있으며 맞은 편에 한인 마트가 있어 장보기에도 좋았음 숙소 시설이 전반적으로 깨끗하고 기본적으로 침실이 2개가 있고 소파베드와 접이식 간이 침대가 있어 다인원이 취침이 가능한 점이 좋았음 조리도구, 가구들이 잘 갖추어져있었음

화장실이 1개인 것, 호스트 연락처라며 준 연락처가 2개였는데 여자 쪽이 연락이 늦고 분명 체크인 전에 짐을 맡길 수 있다고 11시 45분에 오라고 했음 우리쪽에서 시간이 애매해서 밥 먹고 가겠다고 12시 30분은 안되겠냐고 물어봄 답장 없다가 갑자기 본인 일 때문에 못간다고 짐을 맡아줄 수 없다고 근처 카페에서 칠링하고 있으라고 말을 바꿈 언제 올 수 있는지 명확한 시간도 안알려줌 나중에 언제 짐 맡길 수 있냐고 물으니 원래 체크인 시간인 4시에 오라고 함 짐 들고 움직일 수가 없어서 근처 카페에서 시간 버리기 하다가 3시 좀 넘어서 지금 올 수 있냐고 해서 그 때서야 가서 체크인 함 그 이후로도 쓰레기 어디에 비우냐고 물어봤는데 답장 없음 남자 쪽으로 연락해야 연락이 잘 됨

Large, comfortable two-room apartment in LA. Location within a reasonable distance from the metro. Korean grocery store across the street and 7/11 about 100m away. Washing machine, clothes dryer, kitchen accessories available in the apartment. The location does not look the safest, but during 10 days we did not feel any threat or fear from consumers of "natural herbs". The apartment manager is helpful and professional.

Most likely, someone was smoking in the apartment before us and the smell accompanied us throughout our stay. Opening the windows didn't help much. One bedroom without window - one central AC controller in living room and the lack of manual regulation of air flow into the rooms made it impossible to comfortably regulate the temperature - at this time of year one room was OK and the other was too hot

Beautiful appartement, easy access & easy parking inside the building for the car (and we had a huge SUV). We recieved a lot of information from the host (including video for the check in process,etc) and we also recieved "first necessity" food,etc at our arrival. Supermarket just in front of the building (but it's a Korean supermarket so you need to master Korean food :)) Good location not too far from Universal Studio, Venice Beach ,etc

Manque d’équipement de cuisine (ex: pas de sel, un seul plat pour le four,…), pas de balcon, lit un peu petit pour deux.

Location was really good, smack in the middle of Korea town LA. Pictures were somewhat accurate, place was decent - just be mindful the listing is for TWO units, pics are included of both units but you are NOT guaranteed one over the other. Washer dryer was in the unit, bathroom was large. Kitchen was somewhat stocked, but I didn't come here to cook so I didn't care too much.

The bed was horrible - the headboard was moving all over the place. The bed frame was moving, literally the entire bed was moving as you tossed and turned. Waaaay too much furniture in such a small apartment, and the furniture has definitely seen better days. Dryer also super slow to dry.

とても綺麗で広いし、ダウンタウンへのアクセスも良くて、最高でした。もしまたLAに来ることがあったら、絶対ここに泊まります。 チェックインの時は部屋まで案内してくれて、一通り説明してくれました。 キッチンと調理器具が一通り揃ってて、食材を買ってくれば料理ができます。洗濯機乾燥機もついてるので、洗濯もできます。クローゼットは二つあって、ハンガーを沢山置いてくれてるのはありがたかったです。Netflix、YouTube用のテレビが置いてあります。 ホテルの外は、すぐ向かいに韓国スーパーがあって、すぐ近くにいくつかバス停もありました。

強いていうなら、まな板が無かったこと。 包丁はあるのにまな板がなくて少し困りました。

It was close to a grocery store and good Korean restaurant which we love. The apartment is also safe and clean. Water pressure is good and the washer and dryer is a bonus.

Nothing really we were satisfied with the place.

The location was great, incredibly central, and lots of amenities nearby. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The value for money is absolutely top notch - I travel a lot and stay in all kinds of Airbnbs and short-term rentals. For what I was paying, this exceeded my expectations and had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again when in LA, you can't find a better place!

We liked the location, the property was comfortable, we especially liked the roof top.

It was too light in the bedroom and would benefit from a blackout roller blind.

Location was close to main attractions. Great kitchen with full stove, oven, dishwasher and large fridge. Clean. Rooftop has good view of the city. Secure parking for $20 per day. Having the washine machine and dryer was great. Everything worked well.

The cookware was minimal. Need a big frypan and some more bowls. Otherwise very good.

Excelente atención de Chinnar . La ubicación es genial ya que esta cerca de la estación del Subway, así como de varias estaciones de autobús, por lo que es ideal para poderse desplazar por este medio. La zona es muy tranquila y cuenta con varios locales cercanos para comprar artículos de primera necesidad. Altamente recomendable y sin duda me volvería a hospedar

Modern apartment with beautiful interior, complete kitchen, excellent lighting in the bathroom and even a balcony. The rooftop terrace is an absolute highlight! Parking is available (extra fee is worth it). Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Many guests seem to prefer 4pm check-in which is a busy time, so if you can, choose another arrival time.

Vi bodde med våra två söner som sov i bäddsoffan. Det är trevligt att kunna bo ihop och det var gott om utrymme och kök som kunde nyttjas till frukost och fika vid behov. Fanns butiker alldeles i närheten och garageplats i källaren vilket kändes tryggt.

It’s like staying in one bedroom apartment with all amenities. However don’t miss the deck terrace as YS a fabulous experience to spend your time in the evenings! Also Korea town is far off from the hop on tours and the main attractions of you are a tourist.

The checking in is horrible. Be extra cautious of you are an international traveler as their check in process is cumbersome, credit cards get rejected ( that’s what they say) and there is just one person who runs around for assistance. Response times are usually slow.

The apartment is spacious and well maintained and equipped, everything is new and in good condition. Everything was clean and felt like a hotel. The rooftop is fabulous! The location is very good, 15-20 minutes drive to most interest points.

The main inconvenience is the dining table which isn't so comfortable for eating and there's no real space to sit around the table. The beds are pretty small, I think they're smaller than queen size.

It was very clean . It was literally in the middle of everything. I was able to check in earlier which was a plus for us . Spacious unit and with the parking pass it helped a lot . In and out as you please is a great extra help while on vacation .
