Very convenient location and relatively clean.
The gentleman that works weekend afternoons seems incredibly inflexible. I changed rooms and not within 30 minutes he was calling me chasing for me to return the key for the old room. Also came to my (single) room within an hour of arrival to see when my friend - who lives in Hull - was leaving because only 1 person is allowed in the room - even when I told him my friend was not staying.

Great location, nice decor
Toilet roll holder broken
Curtains don’t cover whole window meaning the sun beams in the gaps

Right next to the station (handy for my first time in the city and arriving late at night). 24/7 reception was nice. I just needed somewhere to get my head down between exploring so this was absolutely fine. Plenty of towels and pillows (you'd be surprised how rare that is)!
Right next to a busy road (didn't bother me but might upset light sleepers), decor was a bit dated. There was a hole in the plaster of the wall. Basic but perfectly adequate.
