This is a beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. It is close to everything in Branson. It was very nice to have a bathroom to each bedroom. The Christmas tree and other decorations were a special touch for us. And the handicap accommodations were much appreciated since we had one person who is almost wheelchair bound. The home is very spacious in the common areas which is nice with a group. The owners were very cordial and quick to answer our questions and needs. We enjoyed our time in this home very much! And we would definitely book this place again.

Great place for a family with a handicapped person. Entrance wheelchair ramp and large bathrooms in each bedroom (including a handicap bathroom) are a big plus.
A Christmas tree was already set up when we arrived and added a nice touch to our stay.
The owners were very helpfull in explaining any potential issues we might have using the tv's, door locks, etc. and were readily available if we had any issue. We stayed five nights and never had any problems.

Very clean property, owners very tentative and prompt to emails and questions. Little frustrated with TV system, batteries weee not good in some remotes, surround sound never stayed paired to tv. Also the coffee bar was not stocked with some k cups and coffee like stated. But overall very nice place and would book again.

Exactly as described. Even though the houses are fairly close together, we never heard or even saw anybody else. Very quiet, country feel, yet close enough to everything to be anywhere in 15 minutes. As nice as any VRBO anywhere we have stayed.

Having stayed here once before, it was such as pleasant experience that I had to book it again for this visit. All friends & family loved the peaceful quiet yet convenient location to many restaurants and shopping. They also enjoyed having their own bathroom off of each room. Very safe and beautiful place to stay. We all loved there fire place and there outdoor patio. We are already talking about getting it again next year. The owners provide detailed descriptions which better prepares the guest, and they always answer promptly via text or phone. This is a lovely place to stay, you won't be disappointed.

Very comfortable accommodations with plenty of room for our group of 8 adults. Quiet area but easy to get to the strip. Paul was always quick to respond when needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is fantastic. The location, interior and amenities are all very good. The owners were very good about communicating needed details. The only thing we thought could have better are the beds. The mattress in bedroom 3 is broken, all of the mattresses need replacing, the linens are worn out/very old and the pillows definitely need replacing. The house is like a Hilton but the beds/etc are not. Having said that, we did enjoy our stay. Loved the living room area, kitchen and especially the coffee bar!

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. This property was an excellent choice. The bridal party stayed in this villa and loved the openness and large space. Having four bathrooms for 7 women getting ready was perfect. We definitely recommend this property and would stay here again whenever in the area.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! We have a daughter in a wheelchair so this house was perfect for us! It is very accessible. There were 6 of us that stayed here & there was more than enough room for us. The hosts were fantastic with great communication! We would definitely recommend this property!

This place was perfect for one of our guests with mobility issues. Everything was lovely and the younger set enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts.

This property was perfect! Our party included my wife and myself, our daughters, a son-in-law, and my wife’s father. Each of us were overly impressed with the house. The rooms were incredible and the ability to just hang out and enjoy each other’s company in the evenings made our vacation so much better. One of my daughters is disabled and in a wheelchair . This is the most accessible home I’ve seen outside of our own. It was so much easier taking care of her ina space that was designed to be accessible. Our hosts were great and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Branson!

Take a Mulligan was far and away the best place we’ve stayed in Branson. It is spacious, clean, and offerers all the amenities you could want.
The owners/hosts were wonderfully communicative. The back deck supplied us and our family lots of cool, breezy family time. The location was ideal for our stay in that it provided a quiet location, yet allowed us access to Branson attractions in less than 15 minutes.
We can’t wait to hang out at Take a Mulligan again!

The property is very spacious with great decor. The 4 bedroom 4 bath made it accomadating and convenient for everyone. The villas are tucked away on a quiet hillside with very little car traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately stay here again.

Stayed here for a wedding in Merriam woods. Very accommodating, close to a lot but feels like you are out of the city.
Nice and roomy and love there is a bathroom in each bedroom! Makes getting ready so easy! Highly recommend!

This place is GREAT! All four bedrooms have their own, large, private, double sink bathroom. One is handicap..with walk in shower (no lip of any height), grab bars and high boy toilet. Other showers have small step over lip. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Large open floor plan. Separate offee bar area. Large kitchen bar with barstools. Location to town is perfect!

This house was perfect for our family of 7 adults. Having a bathroom in each of the four bedrooms was wonderful! The house was clean and had enough of anything we needed to get started ( dish soap, toilet paper, ppr towels, etc). We didn’t cook while there but kitchen seemed well stocked. Location was no more than about 15 minutes from anything we visited. Hosts communication was thorough and answered any questions I had.

Take a Mulligan was perfectly comfortable for our group of six adults and one child. It is very well equipped and very clean. All four bedrooms have on-suites which provided great privacy for our three families. This was our first time staying on north side of Branson. We found it to be a very convenient location. We could be anywhere in town in 5-10 minutes. It is no more than 15 minutes from Silver Dollar City, The Chateau, and other points of interest west of town.
We will stay here anytime we have a large group.

First, the owners are very responsive and extremely proactive- I very much appreciated their attention. Second, the house is perfect for a trip to Branson. Very close to the landing and SDC, yet very quiet on a golf course. Third, we absolutely loved the layout of the house: two bedroom suites on each end and a large, open living room and kitchen in the middle. Highly recommend checking this place out for your next Branson visit.

This home fit our family perfectly! Its spacious, sparkly clean and has a beautiful fireplace. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a double sink bathroom & shower. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including a dishwasher. It was unanimous with all my family members, we are looking forward to a future stay in this home!
I appreciate the Property Managers thorough communication and instructions on using everything from the patio grill to the TV remotes. There was a short delay checking in, my code did not initially open the door when we arrived, it was resolved. When we were able to get in, we were very happy we selected this home!

This is a very nice home and great location. The whole family enjoyed our time there. Very nice that each room has its own bathroom, so everyone had their own space. Would definitely stay there again.

All 9 of us thought this was a great place to stay. We range in age 62 (1) to 83. Four in our 80's and some handicapped. we really enjoyed the back patio. Spent lots of time there since the weather was nice. I would recommend this property to anyone. Everyone was easy to deal with via email. Not one complaint,

The perfect setting for our group! We spent every morning on the back porch for breakfast which also led into lunch! It was quiet with just the sounds of nature. The floor plan was ideal and absolutely well appointed. My father and aunt enjoyed being able to maneuver throughout the house and the handicap bathroom was extra large making it easy to shower and get dressed. Also after a long day out, the handicap ramps were a necessary addition to come home to. I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this one ranks at the top because it fills the need of all different ages! I’m coming back for sure!!

We traveled to Branson with our 3 young adult kids and their +1's. The house was perfect for our group. The hosts Paul & Gwen were great with communication and explaining things about the house. We had no issues and it was a great place to stay. Short drive to all that Branson has to offer. The kids enjoyed to pool as well. Would stay again if we are down that way again. Highly recommend!

Everything about this property was excellent! Hosts are extremely responsive, and the property itself is terrific - very well-stocked with the basics, tastefully decorated, and close to many amenities. We had 6 people in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. Having a TV and bathroom in each bedroom is perfect. Sitting on the large back porch was very peaceful. Can’t think of a thing I would change, and we look forward to returning!

"Take a Mulligan" was a perfect house for our family of 6 adults and 2 small children! The connecting bathrooms to all 4 bedrooms were awesome and so convenient! The house is so close to the Interstate 65, which made it so convenient to drive to any attraction! And the house was ultra clean!! We would come back again!
