Plenty of space for everyone. Didn’t realize the townhouse was three stories, so we got in a little unplanned exercise. It was a comfortable stay, with plenty of space to be together for meals, games, and just spending time together in general. The three bedrooms also allowed everyone to have their own space at times as well.

Property is nice. Location wasn't quite what we expected. The Marina was very nice. Restaurant JR Cash's was excellent.

Great house for a short weekend in Charlotte. Comfortable for two families and 3 kids total. We enjoyed walking down to the restaurant on the water for dinner. Although the patios and master did not have a view of the river it was nice to see a little river view from the other bedrooms and the kitchen while we made breakfast. House was clean and beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the games in the garage. Would stay again!

This home is clean, spacious and has everything needed for a great home away from home. Conveniently located near the Whitewater Center, the river, the highway and plenty of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and everything in the home exceeded expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at this property while house hunting and in the area. The house was perfect for my family and my teens had plenty of room to spread out and find their own areas. The beds were very comfy which has been a problem in other rentals. The town house had everything we needed and was stocked really well. It is also decorated really cute. The wifi and cable were perfect as my husband had to work from the townhouse one or two days while we were there. The view from the house on one side is a great view of the lake and boats and we enjoyed having coffee in the morning seeing the mist on the water, It's nice that the house is an end unit and and gives you a sense of privacy. The community is very nice and people were friendly. The resturant a short walk away, was great. It was super easy to get onto the highway from the property and stores were very close. The National White Water Center was very close and we enjoyed a day there. We will definity rent this place again in the spring or summer so we can take advance of the boat rentals . Overall a great home away from home for the week. Thanks!
