Fabulous location with great view . Easy access to the beach especially Tigertail. Very clean and comfortable. Facilities good .

Information was either not made available or it was innaccurate ,(Internet/laundry/parking) Check out arrangements and drop off point for keys was changed, no one told us where we had to take them. Maintenance needed to repair TV electrics never happened during our whole vacation -disgraceful.

Vacasa was unhelpful. I would certainly recommend to the condo owners that they use a different management company.

The complex was great. Room has a beautiful view. Clean and comfortable.

Air conditioner and ice maker did not work. Had to call to get fixed. Additional $100 to park.

We arrived to the unit to find dried blood on the master bedding- pillow cases and bedspread. It took 3 emails/ phone calls and 24 hrs for property mgmt to respond and send cleaning crew who did nothing but take away soiled linens and left a set of sheets. Property Manager said she would follow up with me after cleaning crew came and never did. The rug in living room had not been vacuumed, food was all over it and I had to vacuum it myself the first day since property might wouldn't respond to calls/emails. Also only 1 set of keys was given for unit and facilities. Although we only had 2 guests, this is a 2 bedroom/2bath meant for 4 occupants, yet only one set of keys given- made things very inconvenient.
