Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Outstanding views of the surprise 10 year anniversary of Paradise Grill fireworks. Super clean and smelled like we were the first people in the home (new construction smell, nice!). We could walk to the bay beach and paradise grill. Didn’t go golfing this year but we were fine with that. If you can use the golf certificates, highly recommend. We like staying down here because we have family living in Pot Nets. We stayed in Everdream last year and we think we may like Everdream’s set up and location a bit better. Mostly because of the layout, walk in closets in every bedroom, and the fire pit. The kitchen in Everdream was also better for multiple people in the kitchen preparing food. We bumped into each other in this kitchen because of the location of the sink, dishwasher, and oven. But not a big deal at all. We did have to run out to get cookie sheets to make bacon and we left those for future guests to use.

Reviewer Comments: the house was very nice the only problem is under the beds it was very dirty, there were no screen on the sliding glass doors so we couldn't open them. the first day we arrived we had to call for the floors to be washed they were all very dirty and the toilet broke.
