The host is very responsive and provides instruction clearly. The place is also clean and has complete utensils. The location is also great since it's near the festive mall.

Pauline is reliable and she responds quickly.

The property management system was not great. I was really pissed with the guard because of verification. I was done verifying in the morning with Pauline but at night after our family dinner from festive mall , the duty guard asked me again for verification. I felt devastated because he didn't act accordingly. I was so stressed in explaining that aside from condo Q we are staying in another unit for longer stay. He made me felt that I made something wrong even I did nothing wrong. He was so rude, very rude. He was impolite, ill mannered, ignorant, insulting duty guard. He made us felt that we are an intruder inside the property even I already passed all the required documents. His name was Harold. He was accusing me like I did something bad. He was so disrespectful. I was really disappointed and by the way aside from me there was another customer who isn't happy about their verification. She said "they are too much and they are making us feel like we are an intruder'. They don't have proper endorsement. All of the guards here are friendly and nice except HAROLD. I wanted him to learn from that lesson.

The location is amazing and the cleanliness is beyond compare. The transaction is so smooth and I like it so much. The caretaker is so accommodating.

The hot shower is not functional or maybe I do not know how it works. lol
