The place was clean and stocked with the essentials, ( toilet paper, paper towels, soap etc.). Easy access to places, including the beach. Parking was just steps away from the condo. The Place was quiet with no street noise or other tenants. Two rooms upstairs so be prepared to go up and down, but there is a half bath downstairs which was convenient.Overall, a nice place to stay.

The property was immaculate. Tile floors an LBV wood flooring up stairs. 2 full baths upstairs with the 2 bedrooms 1 is a king very comfortable bed. The other bedroom is a queen. Very nice. Very good towels and bedding plenty of it. Great water pressure in both.The kitchen was well equipped with quality cookware. The bathroom down stairs is a half bath. The living room very nice 2 sofas. Adjacent to the living room a sun room. Due North Florida heat. I would say a a/c unit there would be great. Ceiling fans everywhere. It was a short walk to the fishing pier. The beach easy accessible is by the sheriff’s dept and responders post, it has a ramp for the buggy that one may have and want to carry chairs in and the like. At the condo, The pool sparkling clean a bit smaller than some but not many were ever there using it. The condo is quite and people respected one another. The garbage dumpster is in the rear of the property. We never heard it. Being able to have our Service dog and Pet was a plus. We plan to be back again in 2027. The unit was easy to get too. Plus Cold cow Ice cream and Publix was about 5 miles. It’s a pleasure to rent this unit. After you leave the condo first red light turn left for Publix and Cold Cow. Also a nice bar b Que shack along that rood before Publix which is the US 1 Publix.

We loved our stay! The condo was very clean and had all the necessities. The beds were very comfortable! We loved that that it was pet friendly too! We will definitely have to book again for our next beach trip!

Beach access is across the road (very busy highway to be crossing with small kids) and definitely a hike to navigate with beach coolers, wagons, and chairs… lots of stairs to get to the beach. The beds were extremely hard, we bought a king size memory foam topper to try to help make it through. We did leave it because those toppers are impossible to roll back up. The pool is an older one. It needed to be cleaned when we got there. It was full of crabs and dead ones at that . The place was clean, but not kid friendly. We left a day early.
