Loved our stay. Condo is literally steps from the beach. We loved that the beach was never crowded, always got a spot with lounge chair and umbrella regardless of time we decided to go to beach. Condo is so close that I could just easily get whatever I forgot and could even go make some lunch and bring it down. That’s how close it was. Went for a walk all the way to the big resorts on Grace Bay and they were just enormous and crowded with no snorkeling spot nearby like we had.

This condo is absolutely amazing! What photos can't tell you: you can hear the waves on the beach and watch beautiful sunsets, with drinks in hand, on the terrace in the evenings and then walk steps away to snorkel on the reef in the daytime. The water is crystal clear, the restaurants nearby are abundant and the condo is spotless and has everything you need. Loved our stay!

The unit was very comfortable and clean and met our needs for a relaxing time. The hosts and front desk were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We will not hesitate to book this unit again.

You have all the perks here as described. You are close to pool and beach and a restaurant. We are all about views and enjoying them. This is a feature I am not sure gets much attention but the ENTIRE glass wall door to the patio OPENS. It all slides to the wall. The view I has no competition! Looking forward to another stay. *Just a note If anyone was wondering. We stayed til Feb 2nd and no construction has started next door as of yet.

This was our first time to the Turks and had a wonderful time. The Place was great! Very clean, could walk out on the beach from the room, staff was wonderful! The view from the room was great! The kitchen was well stocked. Loved the furnishings in the room! Lots of good restaurants near by! Definitely will return!

My husband and I booked a little get away and this is just a slice of heaven. Shane is so helpful and easy to work with and the staff on site is amazing. There were lots of tips for us as first time visitors and little restaurant onsite was just enough. The property has a very close to the main Supermarket (IGA) and an RBC so getting cash is easy (and recommended). It is a 5-7 minute drive to other eateries so a car is helpful! If you don’t mind a good each walk there are some good places 1.5-2 miles up the beach. We look forward to going back one day!

Property is just as advertised, clean and comfortable. Beach is nice, if narrow at this stretch. Great location to snorkel, steps from your condo.

Location, Location, Location. Exceptional property that was just the right speed and size for us. Staff was friendly and helpful and the views of the ocean and sunsets were just hypnotic. The restaurant "Somewhere" was great for a quick bite but just down the beach was a restaurant in the Wymara Resort that had the best BBQ ribs you will ever find outside of Texas. Can't wait to come back and we would recommend this property. See you soon.

We loved Coral Gardens and we loved Shane’s condo. He was so informative and the condo was clean, updated and a perfect location. We will definitely come back.

Apartment had two levels with bathrooms on both levels, a large shower in master bedroom, easy and short access to beach with someone setting up chairs (chairs are uncomfortable would recommend bringing a pad). Somewhere restaurant had great food served at the restaurant or to go for the beach. There is nowhere close to buy water bottles or alcohol so purchase that on the way in from the airport. I would stay here again the apartment was excellent. AC worked well. Lots of ceiling fans.

Loved the fact that the Bight Reef is right in front of the property. Days consisted of snorkel, sit under umbrella on beach, repeat all day! The slider that opens up the entire front of the unit is awesome. Shane answered all the questions I had before and after booking. Would stay here again!

The unit was exactly as listed. Very clean and well equipped. Loved not being in a big resort. Enjoyed having coffee on the patio looking out at the ocean. SUNSETS are beautiful. LOCATION was perfect! Snorkeling off the beach directly in front of the condo. Bring your snorkel gear! Somewhere café was convenient for dinner since we arrived after 7. We rented a car, in my option a must. We were able to easily move about the island. We would 100% rent this unit again!!

The property is located at the Coral Gardens in the Grace Bay Area. The location is very central and we loved that the reef is right there. Would recommend renting a car. The space has sliding glass doors that open up to an amazing oceanfront view. Great value.

This property is ideally located for proximity to beach, snorkelling and Somewhere Cafe. Incredible views! Everything is steps away. Staff is friendly. Property has everything you need for your stay. We will definitely return!

We had a very nice time-unit has fantastic water view and plenty of space! Check-in was a little rocky, as our flight didn't land until after the office was closed. We had to call the office number and then track down the security guard to get the keys. This is about 2 miles from the heart of the tourist area (downtown Grace Bay) so a rental car is definitely needed.

This property is perfect! Snorkeling around the protected reef is right off the beach. The view from the balcony is excellent. Somewhere Cafe is on the beach and right next to Coral Gardens. Food is awesome. Service everywhere was friendly. Management staff was always very helpful. Shane always replied to any of my questions very promptly. We will definitely try and return, we love this place!

Absolutely stunning view from balcony. Literally on the beach-quiet and relaxing and the staff were the most welcoming people. Place is immaculate. We will 100 % be back and stay here again.

The owner Shane was quick to respond to my questions. While the "resort" is more of just condo buildings and a pool, the view is stunning & the beach is perfect of you love to swim and snorkel. The Somewhere Cafe is attached and is good if you like Tex Mex food. The condo is decorated beautifully & the bed is comfortable. You can tell the unit is a bit older & a rental from the wear and tear on the original cabinets etc. but that shouldn't impact your stay. The kitchen did have enough items to cook with, but make sure to bring your own baggies or storage containers for left overs and/or snacks. And while there is housekeeping every other day, there are no cleaning or laundry products in the unit, so bring your own. We would suggest a trip the IGA Gourmet (better option than the other grocery store) to grab things before heading to the condo. Once you have those basics, you're good to go! The complex offers clean beach towels and if you're staying on that beach they set up chairs and umbrella's too. If have a car (we would highly recommend) and you're exploring like we do, there are no extra chairs, coolers, etc to take w/ you so plan ahead. This was our 2nd time in TCI and we would go back again to explore even more. If we want to stay in this part of the island we would rent this unit again.
