.only 2 things of concern, these are definitely (not complaints) 🙂just pointing out what i observed, 1. the spare fridge in the laundry room, was in a very peculiar place restricting access into&out of the laundry for the washing machine and dryer& access thru 2 the bottom room, 2. no extractor fans in the laundry, i found the laundry room walls damp with condensation from using the dryer with the doors closed.

Great location

Air Con - downstairs in lounge and upstairs in hallway, however on hot days the bedrooms were still quite warm as there is no air con in the bedrooms.

The cottage and the care and maintenance of its facilities, equipment, furnishings, beds, drapes, linen, lighting and all the other little touches in the cottage that make stays next level  and of course the pool, spa pool , BBQ and pool house, coupled with beautifully maintained gardens, and driveways all added to the enjoyment factor of our stay.
